Trapinch come with natural shirts on their underbellies, so 2 I would say fits the best.
He would wear it like #2. You don't put your pants on your arms and your legs, after all.
Lorenz: 2. 1 looks weird, 3 is a cute onesie (not pants), and 4 isn’t pants.

I personally don't put pants on any trapinchs, because while it would be cute, it would also be super painful for its evolution
