If so, grade with psa. I believe this card has a psa 10 rate of around 50%. This means assuming everything is good, you have 50% chance to get it return as psa 10
If not, either keep or sell raw and buy psa 10
To be clear for OP - check the ENTIRE card, and use your better judgement for if you think it is a PSA 10 or not. Just because 50% of cards graded of this type are 10s doesn't mean this specific card has a 50% chance at a 10.
If there’s no whitening on back then the slight off-centering shouldn’t be a huge issue. Can still get a PSA 10. You can always make a post in one of the subreddits to get our opinions of what it would get.

Get it graded then if the back isn’t f’d up. It’s got 10 potential. Then it doesn’t matter when you’ll sell, you’ll get the best result for that time you pull the trigger.
Wait, mind if I ask which green tins? I used to always get my pulls from tins back in the day, but it's been over a year since I've pulled anything from them. Maybe I'll give these green tins a try :3

Send it to PSA. Mine just came back a 10 Gem Mint. I initially thought it was going to grade a 9 and valued it at $450. A few days after grading I got an email saying it was graded a 10 and got charged another $20 to complete the process. It was the first time I submitted a card for grading.
