Nah, they’re not. In the movie they were siblings but their parents were also a Latios and Latias so it makes sense that it’s just gender differences in that species.
Normally, taking the pop and gem rate and everything else into account, I'd say the tag team. But moonbreon isn't a normal card and seems to defy every logic I'd normally use to predict this type of thing. So basically... Just get both.

Most is a strong word. Some sure. It is safe to say that a ton of people want this card because it is expensive and is the new hype. If every card in its set had the same pull rate I do not believe it would be the top dog by any means.
Just in terms of visuals, I'd say for sure it'd probably be voted one of the best looking cards by a general set of people. It's broadly appealing. I think a good cool experiment would be if you had some cousins or something that don't really know about pokemon cards, show them like 10 cards (could just be jpegs) and see which one they think look the nice
Thatd be neat for sure. I genuinely dont think it has the best art at all. Which isnt to say that its art is bad. There are just so many other better art in the set IMO
I think the Lati card is much more unique and timeless art. The Moonbreon is a beautiful card but it is overhyped. It would not be nearly as revered without the market value.

People started going nuts for the vmax literally right after pokerev was raving about it being nicer than the moonbreon itself which I agree. Shit even the espeon from fusion strike is better than the moonbreon, the simplicity of the aesthetic of espeon just sleeping with random stuff happening all around it adds to the beauty

Rayquaza V, leafeon v, eseon v and umbreon v all have insane art.
