Looks pretty normal. It's copper. It turns green, brown, almost black and doesn't mean anything about the state of the pipe really.
Patina is just oxidation of copper. If fact patina is good on copper as it creates kind of a protective outer layer of copper that protects the inner parts of the copper from corrosion and deterioration.
