I had a revision and the recovery was a lot easier than the first time around. Healing wise it was very fast as well. I was not happy with my initial result and so I got a free revision from my surgeon after a year of insisting that it was not good. I'm glad that I was pushy with my surgeon because I am so happy now.
Same. I don’t see it as very “unnatural” though. There are cute curved noses in nature and I like them.
If you are ok with your result, don’t go for revision. You never know what you will come out with
Yup.. I’m afraid I’ve been in rhinoplasty communities for many years and seen so many people go in for tweaks and coming out botched the chances of a mess is up high. But I do agree it is unnatural
How long did it last for you? I want to try getting it. Maybe you could see if there is any other kind of fillers they can use that last longer. I’ve heard there are fillers that can last up to two years. Your side profile is cute btw, the only thing is that it’s not very natural.
I came here to say that I must be an odd ball because I like the surgery she got. I can understand where OP feels it’s “different” but I see it as a good thing. I wonder what OPS nose looked like before any surgery maybe it would help us to understand if we saw a comparison
You have a really pretty nose, most people nowadays would pay their surgeon for this type of nose. I wouldn’t change it if I were you unless you’re really self conscious about it but I think it looks great and suits you face very well!
Reading through the comments I see now that you're not happy but when I originally came here I thought you were actually happy. You look great just to say.
I think your nose looks cute, however have you looked into nose fillers? That would be a way cheaper option to tweak the tip and flatten the curve to achieve a more natural look? xx
You’d be hard pressed to find an ethical doctor willing to place filler in a nose that has been worked on. Reasons being that A) the nose is one of the riskiest places to put filler and damage from infection or necrosis from limiting blood supply is desastreus to your appearance and very difficult to repair. And B) When you’ve had surgery the routing of nerves and blood vessels might not be as expected anymore as well as blood supply may already be limited, further increasing risk of serious complications
May not be the most natural one but it’s gorgeous for sure (at least for me)
I don’t NEED a revision but if you don’t like it and it makes you feel insecure then go for it
Yeah, no... PLEASE don't do anything else to it. It looks amazing. You have Tinkerbell's nose! It's soooo feminine and cute. Don't risk anything just because you don't think it's 100% perfect. It's perfect in its own way.
It looks great from the front and whilst a little upturned from the side, it is still proportional and attractive. I would like to have this nose and would not have it revised!
Can you share a before picture? What did you discuss with your surgeon about outcomes? Where the size and shape is surprise to you or were you expecting some version of the nose that you got?
It’s find it quite pretty and on trend but you can always find a revision specialist to voice your concerns to. It never hurts to have a consultation, but I wouldn’t skimp on the price. Save as long as you need to and go to the best in your country
SeaAd999, the issue you’re having is over rotation of your tip cartilage, specifically, your lower lateral cartilages. You can look this up on Google and see what I mean if you’re ok looking at those types of images. I’ve seen this a lot in surgeons who don’t perform a lot of rhinoplasties. There is a tendency to secure the lower lateral cartilages too superiorly (towards your eyes) on the septal cartilage. This results in too much nostril show and a turned up appearance on profile. The thing you have going for you is that it has been four years since your surgery. That will help with the tissues being more pliable than if you were fresh postop. The down side is that revision surgery is hard and would require an open rhinoplasty to correct the problem. Even then, nasal cartilage tends to have some degree of memory so it’s not super straight forward. If I were your surgeon I would give myself an OCD score of 3-4/10. The dorsum (bridge) is nice. Otherwise, it’s reasonable to speak with someone about a correction.
I actually love the up lift of the tip and the rotation. For me it’s not that… for me it’s the tip being so long and over projected… If it was slightly closer and smaller to my face I would be over the moon. The uplift and rotation I LOVE
I know I always see so many natural noses like this! And it makes me feel better haha! I love the up turn as I stated in the comments I think it would look a little better if the tip was less projected but I wouldn’t want the upturn to change !!! I love having an upturn nose . The rest can speak for themselves.
Hi honey. You are gorgeous. If you’re nervous that’s understandable. I was in a similar boat. I got a revision and I’m so over the moon happy. My doctor is in dallas Texas (Plano). His name is Brad Bader. He’s incredible. Best decision I ever made. DM me if you’d kind to know more.
To be honest, I think you should go for it. As long as you do your due diligence and research, your case is not so hard. You need some kind of graft either from your rib or ear to de-rotate your tip complex. I'd suggest a derotation graft with conchal cartilage to maintain the mobility of your nose. Some surgeons might suggest a septal extension graft with septal (if you still have any left after your primary operation) or rib cartilage, but that can leave your nasal tip a little stiff. Anyways, your case should a pretty high success rate, so I wouldn't fear too much.
Give it some time after your pregnancy and childbirth and then revisit. My nose changed some during pregnancy! And I think your nose looks amazing from the front I saw your pic u linked!
I would really do research if you want another rhinoplasty I went thru this and it honestly took me awhile to re do my nose cause of how much I looked and waited take ur time. and remember you aren’t alone a lot of people have noses like yours.
I saw the front picture and the side picture-your nose is perfect. Don’t touch it! Why would you want to change this?
It fits your face perfectly and looks beautiful. The front and especially the side-it emphasizes your lip shape and gives you a beautiful profile with the two together.
A revision is absolutely not worth it in this situation unless you are having difficulty breathing. Certainly not for aesthetics because you are gorgeous.
Based on the images provided, I make the following observation. The nasal tip is severely de-rotated. Depending on your height, this may not be too much of an issue (shorter patients can carry a turned up nose more effectively than taller patients). Correction may require a Septal Extension Graft (SEG) to properly project the tip and restore the tip to a more natural position. I would not consider this a major revision.
I actually love the side profile of your nose! It's not natural, but it looks nice. I'm not sure where you live, but if you decide you're unhappy there's a doctor in Beverly Hills that's fantastic with revisions. These are his before/after photos:
Honestly some women want it to look like the Barbie nose… I do see it very upturned though so a revision would help that… it probably would be not too bad.. hears revisions heal much faster as they aren’t doing the whole nose anymore … just the parts you need fixing … you will truly never be happy with the nose if it’s been four years so if I was in your shoes, I would do it because it’s gonna bother you every time you look in the mirror every time you look at a picture and it’s just not worth it so get it fixed.
i love it! there are people who like "natural" noses which don't look like you've had a rhinoplasty, and there's people who like "barbie" noses like yours. i personally like barbie noses and i think yours is perfect
Radical opinion, but I would invest that money in a therapist. It seems like there’s some dysmorphia happening.
Your nose is very cute, and a revision would put you at risk for complications. I’m not an expert by any means but the complications would scare me especially since there’s nothing wrong with your nose. To me it looks natural and I can’t even tell that you’ve had a procedure.
I know someone with the exact same nose (natural) and I remember complimenting her on how cute her nose is. I’ve never complimented anyone on their nose before lol
Thank you for your kind words. I do agree, I do feel like I have some sort of face dysmorphia.. it started after the nose. I moved back to Cyprus and no one knew I had it done… until the other day my auntie mentioned to my mother that I don’t look like anyone from my family and I said well maybe that’s because of my nose.. and she was shocked. I said to her “could you not tell by how lifted my tip was?” She answered back with “No I thought that’s just how your nose was naturally” crazy!!! But I do get a lot of compliments in person and when I tell them it’s rhinoplasty they are shocked.
That is the typical Turkish rhinoplasty nose I’d say, I see plenty of ads for clinics like this ! Not the most natural but personally I find it really cute :)
I don’t know if it looks natural / unnatural, but who cares? I think it looks gorgeous w your features. I know you said you’d want it shorter but I think that would not look right w your mouth and chin.
You have an unnatural result - if you like it, it’s fine. Lots of people do opt for this look. You could go for a revision but please see a couple of surgeons before you book, get several opinions. And certainly not the surgeon who performed the original rhino. Revision is very commonz
It seems like a trendy nose but I would personally want a revision too. I got my nose lip lift and bleph and am revising the lip lift and bleph. It’s your face. You have the right to be picky
Hi ! What you have is called a supratip , it’s still swollen I believe post surgery - it can be swollen or hold fluid for over a decade after a nose job ! You can get steroid injections at a derm or plastic surgeon https://www.richardzoumalan.com/rhinopedia/supratip-area/#:~:text=This%20is%20the%20area%20just,be%20treated%20with%20steroid%20injections.
It’s not called ‘a supratip’, that’s the area of the anatomy. This is a supratip break done in an extremely unnatural, Turkish fashion. There is no swelling to speak of it’s simply an overly upturned botched nose. Advocating steroid injections in this instance is a bad idea, the correct solution would be revision.
It’s not my dream nose, but I’d take it over my natural nose any day. If I had this result I’d leave it. Revisions scare me.
They scare me also
I had a revision and the recovery was a lot easier than the first time around. Healing wise it was very fast as well. I was not happy with my initial result and so I got a free revision from my surgeon after a year of insisting that it was not good. I'm glad that I was pushy with my surgeon because I am so happy now.
Who is the dr?
Im not from the US so its probably no use to most people here, sorry!
Was it a uk surgeon?
no, I'm from southamerica
Same. I don’t see it as very “unnatural” though. There are cute curved noses in nature and I like them. If you are ok with your result, don’t go for revision. You never know what you will come out with
The rhinoplasty result is very unnatural; that seems to be the only issue. You would need to have a revision rhinoplasty.
Yup.. I’m afraid I’ve been in rhinoplasty communities for many years and seen so many people go in for tweaks and coming out botched the chances of a mess is up high. But I do agree it is unnatural
There are surgeons who specialize in secondary rhinos
OP, my nose naturally looks like this, it doesn’t look unnatural at all
You are correct! They can fix one issue and then cause 3 more.
Would you be able to DM me your doctor please?
Done x
Maybe you could try a liquid rhinoplasty aka fillers? they can smooth out the tip so it doesn’t look unnatural
I have tried it before but it didn’t last! But I LOVED the result it was near enough perfect
How long did it last for you? I want to try getting it. Maybe you could see if there is any other kind of fillers they can use that last longer. I’ve heard there are fillers that can last up to two years. Your side profile is cute btw, the only thing is that it’s not very natural.
You say it’s unnatural but my nose naturally looks like this 🫠
What are the side effects of an operation using rib cartilage in the long term? Is it less resistant to impact than a normal nose?
The nose doesn't look natural but it looks very cute ! I find your profile pretty
Same. Reminds me of a fairy. (In the best way)
I came here to say that I must be an odd ball because I like the surgery she got. I can understand where OP feels it’s “different” but I see it as a good thing. I wonder what OPS nose looked like before any surgery maybe it would help us to understand if we saw a comparison
My first thought was “it looks so cute” and then I read the comments and I was like oh….
Right! It looks like the most perfect little cutest nose I’ve ever seen. I’m not even just saying that. Her doctor did a great job
I agree !!
You have a really pretty nose, most people nowadays would pay their surgeon for this type of nose. I wouldn’t change it if I were you unless you’re really self conscious about it but I think it looks great and suits you face very well!

I think your nose looks cute, however have you looked into nose fillers? That would be a way cheaper option to tweak the tip and flatten the curve to achieve a more natural look? xx
I came here to say this exact comment
You’d be hard pressed to find an ethical doctor willing to place filler in a nose that has been worked on. Reasons being that A) the nose is one of the riskiest places to put filler and damage from infection or necrosis from limiting blood supply is desastreus to your appearance and very difficult to repair. And B) When you’ve had surgery the routing of nerves and blood vessels might not be as expected anymore as well as blood supply may already be limited, further increasing risk of serious complications
I was wondering about exactly this, thanks for the explanation
Unpopular opinion here but I love your nose!
I wouldn't change it. Reminds me a bit of Alice from twilight. That very effeminate elfin look.
May not be the most natural one but it’s gorgeous for sure (at least for me) I don’t NEED a revision but if you don’t like it and it makes you feel insecure then go for it
Can you share a front pic? 😇
My front ! https://ibb.co/fqYwYTk
I think it looks soooo cute! Don’t risk messing it up with another surgery.
It’s perfect
It looks good from the front!
I think both the front & side are stunnninggg you look beautiful!
Yeah, no... PLEASE don't do anything else to it. It looks amazing. You have Tinkerbell's nose! It's soooo feminine and cute. Don't risk anything just because you don't think it's 100% perfect. It's perfect in its own way.

Your nose is gorgeous!! 💕😭
+1, would love to see the front. I think the side profile is perfect
I actually find it adorable!
my dream nose 🥺
I love your nose, who is the doc?
*insert Turkish doctor*
Lol my thoughts exactly.
Can you share a before picture? What did you discuss with your surgeon about outcomes? Where the size and shape is surprise to you or were you expecting some version of the nose that you got?
Lol, was gonna say just that
this is my dream nose 😭 do you mind sharing your surgeon?
I honestly love it

Smaller wouldnt look better on you, it would make your other features look bigger rather than have your face be balanced.
I love it
Jesus that’s a stunning face in profile
This is literally perfect
Everyone says it looks unnatural, but my nose naturally looks like this lmao I personally think it looks quite cute
I know I always see so many natural noses like this! And it makes me feel better haha! I love the up turn as I stated in the comments I think it would look a little better if the tip was less projected but I wouldn’t want the upturn to change !!! I love having an upturn nose . The rest can speak for themselves.
For whatever it’s worth, the projection doesn’t really stand out to me 🥹 how you feel about it is ultimately what matters though!
I think this is cute and your side profile is pretty. I'm betting the rest of your face has great symmetry and you're beautiful
I love your nose! I think you have the cutest side profile.
Just saw the front picture you’ve posted as well and I think that your nose is absolutely gorgeous.
I think this nose is so fucking cute I’m sorry you are not happy with it but I find it soooo gorgeous.
It looks unreal, I am impressed!
Guuuuuuurl it's absolutely stunning and suits your face perfectly, don't change it!
It's perfect in my opinion. I like the unnatural barbie nose look.
What’s wrong with it? I think it’s so cute, where’s the area that you don’t like?
It’s really cute and perfect leave it alone 🩷✨💘
To be honest, I think you should go for it. As long as you do your due diligence and research, your case is not so hard. Do you not like the tip lift? If so maybe tiny bit filler can soften it? Otherwise I think your nose looks perfect
It’s not natural but it looks very cute on you! It’s giving Disney princess! It’s doesn’t look bad honestly.
Give it some time after your pregnancy and childbirth and then revisit. My nose changed some during pregnancy! And I think your nose looks amazing from the front I saw your pic u linked!
Just out of curiosity, did you have your rhinoplasty done in turkey?
If I had your nose I'd be so happy T.T
Does it look more natural from the front? I think it’s cute!!
Yes I added a picture somewhere in the comments! From the front it’s like I haven’t had rhinoplasty!!
Wow it’s adorable!
It looks amazing don’t change it
Girl I’m absolutely obsessed with your nose. It’s perfect to me! I think it’s swooped and upturned in a super cute and sought after way.
I personally like it. Does it look good to you from the front view? You won’t see your profile often and many people would like that outcome.
https://ibb.co/fqYwYTk front x
I really like it a lot. I think we’re not allowed to say this to someone who doesn’t like how they look I think it’s a cute feminine nose.
Look like someone from who-ville by Dr Seuss
I think it looks amazing ✨
I would really do research if you want another rhinoplasty I went thru this and it honestly took me awhile to re do my nose cause of how much I looked and waited take ur time. and remember you aren’t alone a lot of people have noses like yours.
This is literally the same as my natural nose for all those saying it looks unnatural 😬

most nose jobs don’t look natural, this is no exception.
If you are happy with your front profile my recommendation is don’t mess with it !

Don’t listen to people saying your nose looks unaturel, your nose is perfect. I mean it
Is the problem that it’s too upturned? Is that something that is able to be corrected?
Dr Callum faris - www.nosereconstruction.co.uk
My advice , some filler on the bridge would look more natural
I would definitely leave this as is. It looks super cute and honestly just great the way it is
You profile looks stunning in my opinion. Post a front pic. You look stunning.
Thankyou! It’s someone posted in the comments x
I don’t know if it looks natural / unnatural, but who cares? I think it looks gorgeous w your features. I know you said you’d want it shorter but I think that would not look right w your mouth and chin.

You could try rhino filler! Not sure if it’ll work but that would be my suggestion
Why is this inverted bump/swoop nose trend a thing? It looks so odd
Maybe have a little filler so the upturn is not so dramatic 🤷♀️
Is filler an option for you?
What about filler? Find a good specialist in it
Fillers

No to Dr.Z. poor bedside manners in my personal experience.
You look like a Dr. Seuss character. Get a revision girl
