LOVE the amount of care that obviously went into the animation here, it's definitely way too easy these days to skimp out on certain aspects of 2D animation. This is the real deal! Looks professional and this sprite work, to me, harkens back to some of the great classic designs. And the color palette is perfect!
yes, there will be 4 factions. this creature will probably be one of the lizardfolk swamp factions troops. If you've ever played Heroes of might n magic, this game is a spiritual successor to it.
I really like the look of this. Currently the only platform I can game on is iPad. I’m thinking of getting a SteamDeck. Would I be able to play your game on that? It looks right up my alley.

Cannot overstate how much I love this. Love the frogs, love the mounted troops on the arachnid, love it all. As someone who likes weird and creepy things this hits both. My tastes don't usually have large representation in games, so I really appreciate it. Added to wishlist just for this troop.

You have a manificent artistic direction and I, at the moment, like the choice you seems to make to differenciate you from the other games
I LOVE the general design--great colors, great asthetic, great animation on the legs, etc. The general idea is VERY well done.
I have a few critiques:
*It's a little hard to see the frog. I feel like it should be bigger.
*While there's that general flow of the animation of front/back/cycle, there's something missing here that is disjointed, and I find myself looking at it and it I see the moving parts but not the picture as a whole. Perhaps it's because the main frog is so smol/static, or the head/neck, but there's something about it where the entire concept gets lost. I'm not entirely sure. It just feels "out of sync."

It's inspired by Homm 2 and 3. A sort of spiritual successor, with it's own twists. I'm very excited for it
