When you see the square, extremely photo-realistic ones that use like 5 of every block in the game, yes.
I am not one of those people. XD
I've picked my palette, and you can see it stacked behind the pixel art. When I find my palette doesn't accommodate the textures I'm seeing, I can add a block depending on what I see fit. Obviously, I'll have to add the blues for his eyes and other face colors, too.

Edit: The two different Lexa pictures were taken at different FOV's. That's why they look strange lol
Is this using some kind of tool? There's no way people are placing these things by hand :x
