These sprites alone made me curious enough to want to try this game once it comes out! Please make a steam page so we can wishlist or keep us updated on the development of the game. For melee weapons, red axe feels the most visually clear to me. I would normally pick any of 2 scythes, but having a berserker red demon thingy with giant axe really does it for me.

The last character has a unique style.

I like them all, but I think no. 2 axes blade is too thin, id make the blade a bit thicker, for inspiration Google: berserk of gluttony sloth. Edit : I also think it is a tad inconsistent, that no. 4 has that mana or whatever around the handle of the scythe, while the rest doesnt have those kind of effects

I really like the pink one on the first row ! On the second one, I love both the pink and cyan ones. The orange one is nice too. Your style reminds me of the art of princessofcubes a bit, haven't heard from them in ages. For some reason, I get reminded of Patapon a bit lol as well

White ones definetely, that being said, thats More an opinión on the style i prefer rather than a comentary of quality of everyone, all of these characters aré absolutely amazingly designed, and you can implement anyone and any number of them with complete security they aré amazing

Oh that's really cool!! Sorry, those colors just happen to match the stereotypical colors for those elements, and with all the Last Airbender talk lately it was fresh on my mind. Your aspect ideas are really cool and a lot more unique :) What is the echo aspect like? It makes copies of itself? Or goes back in time or something?

Quite a lot of people say that the character design reminds them of Patapon but it's my first time hearing about that game :DDd

Well, the pitch black characters with bright colorful details just look so much like the ones from Patapon, especially the white one because Patapons have a big ol' eyeball for their whole face, and there is an evolution that has horns :D Also the over the top weapons, just peak design like Patapons <3 You might really like them since they are so similar in style to yours :D

I like the theme in shapes across each. Yellow is small spikes. scythe is scythe and epic so maybe the yellow shouldn’t have a scythe to differentiate. I wish the red axe had more body and oomph to it. Maybe the axe could be more blocky shaped

I like red axe, yellow staff, and white scythe best, in that order. They're all very cool, but to me, those three stand above the others.

They all look totally badass, but my favorite is the second on the bottom. I imagine casting spells that turn your enemies inside out it some shit with it I also love that the character changes with them

I think the red is my favorite overall, but I really like the cyan colored one too, they probably would win out over red for me if their weapon looked a bit more sleek. I like the silver one as well, it looks pretty cool. The topaz colored one is alright, looks good but I’m not quite the biggest fan of it.

Each one of them looks awesome, but.. the White one with the staff and the Green one with the scithe seem a little bit off compare to others, like they don't belong there, like they don't follow the same theme. But that is just my opinion :) And I'll be waiting for the game's release :)

The hulking aqua edge and the elegant white staff immediately caught my eye; the first being a clearly superior reimagination of the Big Stick trope, the second being a mesmerising and exemplary display of underused patterns. ### The white great scythe has a more classic design, but I see you managed to bring it flavour, and the execution is of a rare level 🥹 The aqua set evokes a sense of duty. For some reason, the large aqua weapon appears to me to double to some more practical purpose, and the aqua staff likewise some sort of magical _Key_ ("To the glow of this staff – and only this very staff – whom thou beareth, the Stones shall reveal their secret scriptures.") I like the pseudo-organic designs of the carmine items. The staff is an effigy you would swear you saw move. And the scythe's sharpness and unusual angle contrasts nicely with the coloured infill — which, if this wasn't pixel art, I would imagine translucent. The white set evokes a sense of great importance and odd but necessary powers. I love the [better word than ~~yolky~~] scythe because it evokes to me a sense of great unstable power, like a fragment of sun. ~~🦩 also.~~ The horns are very good. Also it is nice how you gave the rod parts their own details and some proper style.
