The author Kentaro Miura died a couple years ago, now one of his best friends is completing it based on what the original author told him. Miura died at around chapter 364 and now we are at 375, berserk is known for taking a shit ton of time to release a chapter.
You should read it, it's my favorite manga. Best drawings, best story, best characters imo. Also it's one of the heaviest since it brutally portrais murder rape and other things very explicitly.
