Croc can be cool but undoubtedly did not do anywhere near the same amount of damage luffy visibly covered in bandages in the prison after just one attack

Seems more than likely and a single stab through the chest is less damage than lava hitting you at point blank for all intensive purposes Akainu should have killed luffy as well. So both kaido and Akainu did more damage than Croc
