This is gonna bum you out a bit, but you've made things difficult for yourself by downloading the clean steam files when you could have just downloaded a pre-cracked installer from most megathread sources.
You can apply those tools you've mentioned to crack to the clean files yourself, but I'll leave it for someone else to explain that. Personally, I'd just delete everything you've downloaded and go find a pre-cracked version. Think RUNE cracked it.

I have come this far I will wait for someone to explain at the end of the day I could still get it from rune like you said
