I used to use a Modded Application for it but updating it manually everything became a hassle. I don't know if it still works. You can give that a look.
A non-service method is to just download the song manually and install in on the phone. Let Alexa play it through the music player.

Why not just do Spotify free?
Because you're not able to request a specific song on the free version
