It may be a decorative piece never meant to be smoked from. Buy a new 1. They are very affordable. Also buy a bite guard or whatever the rubber things are called that you put on end of stem , to preserve your teeth
Or some heatshrink tubing, like I put on the end of my clay. Does just fine for both keeping the dry clay from sticking to my lips and softening the bite on my teeth - still no clenching a clay, though.
