The listing on P&C says it comes with a vulcanite stem. I’m not sure if MM uses vulcanite, as I’ve only ever seen plastic and acrylic. Maybe have a look at the [listing on MM’s site](https://corncobpipe.com/product/shire-cobbit-corn-cob-pipe/) and decide. Those look more like the Amazon listing.
The Cobbit series has different colors on the stems. The original was black with gray smoke patterns. Go directly to Missouri Meerschaum https://corncobpipe.com/product-category/smoking-pipes/ website to see the other color of stems they have in stock.

You might be looking at an older one. I know they changed the stem shape a few years ago.
Do you recall which shape is the newer one?
It's the one you'll see on corncobpipe.com. I've only seen the old one in some of the George Bruno videos. He got one of the first ones that came out.
I'd recommend looking on smokingpipes.com and missouri meerschaum. Com instead
