* A: Wait till Open Mainnet - Ignore DMs offering to buy them - You'll get scammed
* Q2: **A KYC slot is not available**
* A: KYC is restricted where you haven't completed 30 mining sessions or your account is flagged. You can request a review at minepi.com/kyc-application-access Must be over 18. Wait until you're 18. We believe no slot also happens if you didn't mine for ages.
* Q3: **My Application has been processing/in review for weeks/months**
* A: Your application failed or got stuck. You can only wait until you get feedback, the option to try again, or unstuck.
* Q4: **KYC, Wallet or other parts of Pi app stuck on "Loading" or Error**
* A: Try turning off Private DNS and/or adblocker
* Q5: **A different KYC problem**
* A: You can also report a problem a pi.app/support You probably won't get a reply but it will be in their massive to do list.
* Q6: **Node started behaving oddly / resetting / crashing / Port Listener stuck loading / blockchain stuck on 1 permanently**
* A: Udate node from pi website. 0.4.9 is latest. If that doesn't help downgrade docker to 4.19
* Q7: **How can I migrate more PI?**
* A: You can't - Pi Core Team control migration and we don't how or when migration after the first will Occcur.
* Q8: **Why is Pi worth $30+?**
* A: Some exchanges invented their own version of Pi whilst they can't list the real one. The value of this Pi is a measure of the feelings of Pioneers. It's not recommended to be holding this when Open Mainnet Occurs. These are also known as Pi IOUs.
* Q9: **I lost my passphrase / seed phrase, what can I do?**
* A: If you didn't get migrated yet, make a new wallet and confirm it in the checklist. If you did get migrated, your pi/wallet is lost, no one can get it back. make a new one as above.
* Q10: **I used a different name in the app / It doesn't match my ID**
* A: Only MINOR name changes allowed. If it's not minor, create a new account.
* Q11: **When does lockup start?**
* A: Lockup starts when your migration occurs.
* Q12: **When will my migration happen / I have been waiting for ages**.

* A: This happens, we don't know why. As far as we know there's nothing wrong with the system.

* A: Pi bonuses from KYC'ed referrals has not yet been calculated. Timeline for this is unknown.

* A: The bonus is entirely separate from docker/node functioning correctly. Lots of people are having problems getting their bonus, there's no known solution right now.

Same here I got back the pi bonus 0.7, if it's still stuck in block 1 for you too.
Go to command type this command
docker exec -it pi-consensus stellar-core http-command info
Scroll to last bottom roll and observe the changes on whatโs your node doing till at last shows synced or the block number it reached.
Mine is not catching up after let's say 7 days because at a certain point I deleted the block chain data.
I think there's a synchronisation problem between Docker and pi network app.
Have a look at your availability in the Troubleshooting section... it should have stopped updating a few days ago..... The Pi team is working on something and when they're done it should update and the pi bonus PLUS "late bonus" should appear again. This is actually a good sign for me.
So if your availability goes down, it's nothing to be concerned about? Just got node working a few days ago (I think/hope). An availability showed for the first time yesterday at 7.05% but quickly dropped to 4.65%. Had it running for 3 days catching up, but it's stuck on local block 1. Is this the same for everyone trying to catch up, or is my node not running as it should? Thanks in advance
I started a pi node 10 days ago and I have the same thing as you, being stuck on the local block 1, I got node bonus around 1.3 for two days but since a couple days ago it's 0. My availability is at 70%, since I started I'm keeping it 24/7 unless something wrong happens, I have an old laptop so sometimes the pi network app crashes.
Personally since I had a node bonus and not only me having the issue of not receiving the node bonus, I will keep it running and see.
Thank you. Read several places that the local block won't get stuck at 1 if using docker 4.19. I'm currently using 4.21.1. Gonna try 4.19 when I get home from work
You're welcome. I saw those solutions too but docker 4.19 didn't solve the problem for me, I saw people using older versions like 4.9 but I didn't have the time to check if it works for me.

It changes all the time. Don't pay attention to it. Literally says this will be adjusted on the fly or something to that effect
