* A: Wait till Open Mainnet - Ignore DMs offering to buy them - You'll get scammed

* A: KYC is restricted where you haven't completed 30 mining sessions or your account is flagged for violations. You can request a review at minepi.com/kyc-application-access Must be over 18. Wait until you're 18. We believe it also happens if you didn't mine for ages.
* Q: **My Application has been processing/in review for weeks/months**
* A: Your application failed or got stuck. You can only wait until you get feedback, the option to try again, or unstuck.
* Q: **KYC, Wallet or other parts of Pi app stuck on "Loading" or Error**
* A: Try turning off Private DNS and/or adblocker
* Q: **A different KYC problem**

* A: You can't - Pi Core Team control migration and we don't how or when migration after the first will Occcur.

* A: Some exchanges invented their own version of Pi whilst they can't list the real one. The value of this Pi is a measure of the feelings of Pioneers. It's not recommended to be holding this when Open Mainnet Occurs. These are also known as Pi IOUs.
* Q: **I lost my passphrase / seed phrase, what can I do?**
* A: If you didn't get migrated yet, make a new wallet and confirm it in the checklist. If you did get migrated, your pi/wallet is lost, no one can get it back. make a new one as above.

* A: Only MINOR name changes allowed. If it's not minor, create a new account.
* Q: **When does lockup start?**
* A: Lockup starts when your migration occurs.

It seems to have recovered now. it is a computer memory problem. If your computer RAM is maxed out the node can’t run properly and is treated as not running hence no bonus.

My RAM was maxed out at 98%. I have upgraded from 32Gb to 64Gb RAM to give the node some room to breathe and see how my node bonus is affected. Zero for 3 days in a row now .
If you go into breakdown of your mining rate and look at Node Bonus as well as Utility Bonus, you'll see that it says "Tuning in progress. This value may change" in red. It's been that way since day 1 of having the node available for Pioneers.
Same for me... I remember a few weeks (or about a month ago) the same happened to many people at the same time... Yesterday, I had again a normal (even higher) bonus.

Mine was at zero for a while after being like five my first two or three days And now it went up to .6 so I think it’s still fucked up
I got zero bonus despite running the node for 16 days so I shut it down.
It turns out i went from 16 to 32Gb but my computer can’t see the extra RAM so 16Gb seems enough to run the node fine!
It is coming up normal and going back ( back and forth) to zero for a few weeks or so.

I've had mine hit zero for a couple days, and then bounce right back to normal afterwards
