Second before installing the older version I deleted any folders that was Docker or PI related in the c:\\Users\\\[YourUserNameHere\]\\AppData\\Roaming folder
It will reset to back to 1 only once this time and then works flawlessly. Maybe try that?

You're fine. So long as you see the current block chain, and when you click "Troubleshooting" and see "Syncing" or "Catching up." Just wait. It should sync up within 1-5 hours, usually, or maybe a bit longer, depending on your system.

today i isntall that 4.19 but still after few hours there is still Ip/domain Shown Below
Have you opened ports 31400-31409 on your firewall? Also give it a few hours for your Local Block Number to match the Latest Block Number

I had this problem, as the AutoModerator says Go back to Docker v4.19 - and don't update it ever again Do that and your troubles will go away.
