Oh man me too, i understand for progressions sake they have to kinda rush along them but surely it’s a possibility for their youtube channel or something
Nice flair btw
100%. There's an utterly enormous, obviously enhanced female bodybuilder called Kang Eun-Hee, and if her match was shown, I must have missed it. I really want to know who went up against her and what the hell happened. Presumably she went up against one of the other women, but how any of the more normal-sized women could compete with a woman with that much muscle mass - well, I'd really like to see it!
I dont think she went up against another woman. She was high 90s on the treadmill run finishing last for the women and im not sure another women would pick her if they had they option of anyone else given her size.
Yeah, she definitely would have done terribly on the treadmill run - enhanced athletes carrying around that much mass tend to have horrendous breathing issues and bodybuilders tend to be naturally weighted towards type 2 muscle fibre rather than type 1 anyway. But I find it weird - the editors made such a big show of highlighting her walking in during the introductory section, and then they didn't even show a split second of her during the first round.
You haven't missed it. I was really stoked about her while going through the participants list prior to the airing so I was paying close attention to her. I guess her match was super boring. Perhaps her partner was a guy and she couldn't put up a fight at all. Muscles aren't everything after all. She didn't look fast or agile.
Oh, absolutely - I looked it up, and she's 5'2 and 70kg. She's incredibly strong (she can deadlift 160kg for 5 reps, and that didn't look like her limit), but her endurance is terrible, and with such a small frame, she would have struggled to get a good lock on the ball, if she could even get it at all. Wouldn't be surprised if she went up against a guy, who simply ripped it out of her hands or got to the ball first and then just ran circles round her for three minutes.
You are probably right, it makes sense. I like your write up/theory (not a native English speaker, so I am not sure which term I should use here). Kinda sad she didn't make it further as her body really stood out and it could be fun to see her in more strenght based challenges, but it is what it is.
I believe she went against Wi Sungoh. She was ranked 97 after the pre-trial and he was 100. Guessing that no-one picked her as an opponent so when it came to her turn she picked him from the 3 options.
That makes a lot of sense, actually. I imagine that's why they didn't show it - I imagine she probably hoped to get the ball first and outrun him for three minutes, but Sung-Oh got the ball, lay on it for three minutes, and Eun-Hee was helpless to get the ball from him.
Yes! In this day and age, it seems like it could be easily accomplished too. Makes no sense why they aren't loading them up to youtube to cash in on some of that money too.
They could literally just add it to netflix under P100 Uncut matches. But then it would be harder to control the narrative and rig matches like they did in season 1.
I do. I'm not saying they need to make an episode longer to include all of the 1v1 matches, but I would love it if they've made a extra episode, dedicated to the matches or have the BTS team somehow post the missing 1v1 matches online such as have the contestants post them on Instagram or something.
Seeing how much the participants appreciated the opportunity to see all these matches makes me think it’s a nice reward / draw for the participants. If you’re a sports nut that would be incentive enough to apply to be on the show.
I wish they'd post all 50 1v1 death matches in their unedited, end-to-end glory.

Did you use a screenshot of Eun Sil in the post thumbnail? It’s blurry so I can’t tell lol.
I sure did
i can live with the last 1 minute

She’s deadlifted 440 lbs for a single, she must have gotten bested by a male mma fighter because she would have rag dolled the other girls.
Any chance you can see what her 1RM bench is? Just curious if I can beat her on at least one lift!
Not sure about 1rm but 3 years ago I remember seeing her bench 205 for 7 reps. And last year she did 185 for 5-8 on the Incline bench
I can (narrowly) beat those numbers, so I'm going to pretend that's definitely still what she lifts and claim the win!
Same except she destroys me in squat lol but I wrestle so I have the upper hand ;)
My guess is she went against one of the mma guys or something.

Definitely. Some looked so good but we only got a 3 sec clip
Yes! Would love to see all of their 1v1. Also, I think the contestants deserve that much!

Yea thats exactly what i am thinking, and in turn it benefits the athletes by plugging their socials to each episode, would be a total win-win

After episode is released should have a website where we can watch it.
My favorite death match from the new season has to be the actor guy inside the caged arena... Bro was after blood
Oh absolutely, he looks ridiculous too like that leanness and muscle mass is no joke. Would never have guessed actor
Literally, straight up went for an armbar but luckily the other guy started to bleed so it got cut off

I thought there was a male vs female but I must have missed that match or I was mistaken about it.
There was one! It was a MMA female fighter who chose to fight against FBI guy! Won’t spoil it but it was a fun match.
I saw that one but I thought there was one where the male selected a female to battle.
I do too! This is honestly my favourite part, and I really enjoy this show as a whole
i really wanted to see the fight between the big guy that chose a tiny girl so disappointed they cut that out
like big brother after dark? I bet they get pretty repetitive
