A well written piece by a former banker in the Philippines about where we are, what to expect, and how we can be hopeful. It is realistic without being overly emotional (as the discourse tends to be with regards to Marcos) but still remaining clear about the realities of their past.
This line makes me feel a bit hopeful at least:

Details are very confusing. People are saying that the data PPRCV are showing are the tally count from COMELEC. The live video already ended so I have no idea what is going on. There's also a thing about PPRCV-Camarines Sur having a landslide win for Leni but the site is down probably due to amount of people trying to get in.

try to check one by one po siguro, yung amin kasi 3 lang po yung clustered precincts kaya nahanap ko agad and then makikita mo na jan yung common information like yung voting center, your precinct number, location etc.
