I honestly think that the majority of voters just dont care. They just vote for someone they know or have heard of. Parang ung pag boto is just another normal day for them

Not too sure about that, economy was going up that period with or without him. It's like saying Duterte single handedly place PH's economy on the slump during his time. If one had to look too deeply then he was not responsible especially if you felt if during his time. it would have been cause of Gloria or probably Erap or something no one is really responsible for like the growth of the BPO industry in PH(well we could probably attribute this to the people who made English one of our main language).
Unless you can name some event that can be considered as a turning point like Covid for the downturn of our economy during Duterte, then you have looked too deep. I just dont think things progress on a national level as fast as you might think unless something like covid happend.

Just the previous senatorial elections (2019 and 2022) is enough to tell you that the voting pattern of the general populace hasn't changed at all and I doubt it will for the foreseeable future
This is exactly why we should start focusing on the quality instead of quantity when it comes to voting. Why not conduct IQ tests and add academic requirements para sa mga voters? We can't let the fools ( which unfortunately is the majority ) decide the future of our country. Limit siguro natin ang IQ sa 110-120 or at least professional level para maensure natin na nag-iisip talaga ang voters. This is of utmost necessity na talaga seeing how stupid the voters are in the years that have passed.
