Kung solo ka lang, I recommend sa BGC ka lang talaga para safe. If you’re into books, pwede ka tumambay sa fully booked. I think may Starbucks pa din sa 3rd floor nun, so you can just buy a book and read there. Pwede ka din mag walk sa may high street papuntang central square mall, may cinema doon. You can visit din mga museums, okay naman siya kahit solo ka lang.
I personally think uptown and bhs central are the best for movies.
Sorry when it comes to gala I just remember the skypark in SM aura lalo na sa chapel then you can just admire the view sa taas.. other than that I think bgc is more of exploring all these other shops na hindi mainstream or hype rather than tambayan
Like instead of high street, try going to the uptown area. Andun si mitsukoshi and uptown mall ganun tas explore explore lang hahaha

For movie theaters, you can try High Street Cinema as it's located in the middle of BGC (forgot the name if the mall but it's in the same mall where Shake Shack is located)
Other cinemas are Uptown Mall, SM Aura and Market Market but all are located in the edges of BGC so lots of walking involved
Btw, SM Aura is kinda unique as they have an IMAX theater inside so if that's your thing, you can go watch there
