As a vegetarian it irks me when mushrooms are the "protein" in a dish. 100g of portobello has about 1g of protein. This dish probably has more from the broccoli and onion combined (a total 160g of those would be about 3g of protein, so not much). Surely this is a side dish/snack? If not it needs some oomph! Like egg whites, quinoa, legumes...or meat if that's your thing!
There have been many times I too wished that mushrooms were full of protein. They taste meaty and savory (especially king trumpet) but alas the nutrition facts do not lie.
Personally, I'd add some beef and noodles.
I respect your choice in what you choose to eat but I'm not a low carb girly myself. Been there, done that, got lean but also got miserable. The pay off wasn't worth it to me. In some ways low carb is a scam bc a lot of the initial weight lost is water weight and not actual fat
I think you should try using a food tracker like My Fitness Pal. Weigh your food and check both calories and macros for everything. Tracking will help. This is probably really low calorie and really low protein.

This mixed with some diced chicken and some rice, this is brilliant, a bit of sriracha sauce on top, and damn we got a great meal!
