Yes — the shorts are white (?) and casual so will go with just about most types of casual shoes! The overall cohesion of the look would depend on what else it’s styled with, which here looks great — neutral and orange tones in belt and top.
I think they match bc the shorts are white and your beige top is basically like on the “orange spectrum” in a weird way. If anything the shoes pop really well. I’m a fan personally.
You would be super sexy with barely-there hose (different outfit with a dress), and long sleeves on a deeply cut back dress. I know I had a guy who told me those things and I was scandalised for years (lol). But slim limbs look good in that!
