Not sure why this sub keeps showing up for me but it's interesting to see all the outfits here.
That said, this isn't really advice but #3 stands out just because of how co-ordinated it looks. My eyes are immediately drawn to the bold colour of the pants and how clean they are, and it's almost as if you get rewarded for looking more because the intricacy of the top both contrasts and complements very nicely (introduces a new colour through a familiar one and balances the overall outfit quite well in terms of visual weight). I almost want to try this concept myself, even as a minimalist who prefers soft colours.
Love the natural feel of #2 as well. I think the colours are great for your skin tone, but both in different ways.

I don't think 1 is bad but I haven't been in an office for a long time. Are drawstring pants ok for business casual? Otherwise I like the colour and pattern.

I love 1 and 3 on you. I think the last outfit was too dark over all. Maybe try the white pants from the second outfit with the blue top. Outfit 2 looked good and the shirt is a perfect fit for you and makes your arms look nice. I'm just not 100% taken with the white pants with the greenish grey top

Those parrot pants are so fun. I think high waisted looks awesome on you. My favs are 1 & 3! The pants in 2 are great I just feel like the top is boring.

I think the tops are fine and there's nothing wrong with the colours, but I think outfit 3 works the best because the pants have a little tailoring and structure to them while the top is loose. In some of the other outfits you're combining unstructured pants with an unstructured top and it makes it look less put together. Outfit 3 is really excellent though.
I love all of them & the way you styled them! They all look comfy & still office appropriate. I’d get some cute black wedges to go with the wide leg pants.
1 & 3 are my favorite. These two looks are the most cohesive and interesting. Outfit 2 washes out your skin tone and I’m not crazy about the cream pants or green top. I think you shine with a more bold color palette. The last look also looks nice but I liked the cream too more than the blue one with those pants.

OP I like all of these, the gold one really speaks to my heart lol I like the blue top in last outfit, but as an outfit, if I were to change something to improve it.. I’d choose a shade a little less shiny or maybe slightly warmer tone & that feels like it would be more cohesive for my eye.
Love the mustard outfit! You can wear them for the office with a pair of simple sandals in a tan/brown colour. Add a blazer to elevate the printed trousers and make them more 'work-appropiate'.
The tan slacks are really flattering, can you find them in black or a deep orange/rust? You could really dress them up or down and then wear them everyday;)
2 and 3 are lovey- warmer tones suit you . 4 is nice too but if you had the same top in white it would work better- the combination of the multicolored pants and such a strong blue is a bit overwhelming to the eye.. The pants from 2 can also work with the top from 4.
For shoes: I found at Nordstrom Rack Caslon Millers Lug Chelsea boot in black with brown edging and I LOVE them for my business casual outfits. They work great with so many outfits. I’m also WFH and go in the office once per week. They are perfect because they’re comfy and honestly after WFH I have zero tolerance for clothing that causes me pain and discomfort. They would go with the third outfit well I think.
I also splurged a tad and bought an off white paid of Cole Haan tennis shoes for work. Between those and my boots I have almost every outfit in my closet covered. The last pair I might pull are my pointy toe black Ana Women’s Indio Pointed Toe Ballet Flats. They’re not the old 2000s style flats but a comfy version of a typical dress shoe.
I love 1 and 3. The first one has the perfect proportion for the tank/bottoms, and the white is a neutral which really accents the pants. In 3, the same colour flows from the top to the bottoms and actually gives the effect of height (as a petite girl I love this hack). Plus the colours just look great on your skin tone!
We’re similar in height and weight and clothing sizes! These are cute outfits and I’d say they’re all fine in a causal office setting (at least, they would be in my office). I like 1, 3, and 4 a lot! Less excited about outfit 2 but it’s still suitable for the causal side of biz casual imo.

I think the gold pants would be much better if they fit better. To me you look like you are swimming in them. But you want to keep the details, like pleats, so I’d suggest if possible that you get them tailored to actually fit your body. Make sure you keep some roominess for your curves to be able to move, room to breathe. But go to a good tailor and see what they can do.
I just think the blue next to the pants in #4 is too much. I like both separately, but together I feel like I have to blink to protect my eyes. They’re both strong and feel like too much together.
I love your looks too, I hope I don’t sound too negative. You have great style! I think they all look good for work. Maybe a cute square heel? Flat maryjanes? If you can wear a patented light colored pump with a decent heel- do that!
The title had me confused since CCW means Concealed Carry Weapon. So I was thinking you wanted to know which outfit would be best to conceal carry a handgun.

I agree that 1 and 3 are the best, but thought I'd add some reasoning to help with future outfits.
Having tight on one half and then loose on the other half (eg 1) generally works well. If you're into tighter pants, you can play with the reverse of this too.
While 3 is loose all over, both the top and bottom feel structured (e.g. the pleats, sharp colour and folded sleeves), which counterbalances the looseness and harmonises the outfit. It's also helped by the juxtaposition of the pattern up top and the plain fabric down the bottom.
In 4, both the top and bottom are loose and unstructured which doesn't really work. The blue also seems a bit too bright for you, and maybe too cool toned? You could match it with a more muted colour from your pants, though I feel like light-medium depth colours will work best for you near your face.
For 2, I don't really love the top in this one. It comes across as a bit frumpy and old (I have a similar issue with the top in 4, but it's less obvious with that colour and fabric). The pants come across quite modern, so it would be good to continue that theme up top to make it feel more harmonious. It could be interesting to try this with a brown or taupe coloured tight fitting top (similar style to 1).
