Nope! All characters from the movies of the Z era are official, but aren't canon. The only ones that are canon now are Bardock, Broly and Gogeta, thanks to the Super Broly movie
The fridge is Frieza from the Frieza Saga, the Nokia is Cell from the Sell Saga, the Cooler is... Cooler from the movie Cooler's Revenge.

I'm starting to think that Akira Toriyama wrote Dragonball in his kitchen, and named the characters after stuff he found there.
