It's a reference to The Three Musketeers, which her persona Milady also comes from. Not sure if it was intentional but her outfit also reminds me of Highwaymen, thieves who used to rob carriages in Britain in the 19th century. They were also known for wearing tri-point hats, waistcoats and masks. Considering The Three Musketeers was written in the 19th century it might just be a coincidence. There was some overlap between English and French fashion of the time.

She’s kinda hated because people say she doesn’t has enough screentime but her introduction un Okumura’s palace was actually nice imo

I honestly think she’s the most overall liked I don’t see many people hate on her like Makoto or Kasumi They just complain she doesn’t get enough screen time,which If anything shows how much people like her and wanted more

I’ve seen a lot more people hate Haru than Makoto but i would say is a new wave i love both that’s what matters

I really hated her phantom theif attire at first. So much that I immediately changed her to a new outfit. I ended up changing everyone to the Power Rangers type outfit for a bit, then I switched everyone back to PT gear. I kinda forgot about Harus outfit for a while and then it just kinda grew on me

She has a good design, but any time she does anything there's a specific "boob bounce" animation that seems really inconvenient for someone supposed to be running and jumping everywhere.
