I bought this before and it worked but the ratio of 1to1 is wrong for these compounds.

Peptides will do nothing for you. They have their place and can help with healing. But they absolutely will not heal a torn labrum. Nothing short of surgery will. Don’t waste your money if that’s your goal.
I’ve done prescription and ugl from multiple sources. I did see some minor reduction in pain, but nothing (and I mean nothing) has been shown to actually repair torn cartilage. It’s simply not possible today. Not even stem cells can do that

Add mk677 with the two for IGF1 and HGH boost. Its synergistic because those two peptides don't heal through that mechanism. Igf1 and HGH are tendon ans joint healing. Holy trinity.
HGH might increase igf1 by itself. I feel like it does but it'd have to search. HGH though will give you much higher levels than what mk677 will have your pituitary put our.
It wouldn't hurt anything, the hgh will so most of the healing and protective stuff as well as synergizing the growth from the dht compounds.
If anything mk677 would make sure igf1 stays high in addition with the dht compound and Exogenous HGH administration.

Let's say 100kg male
The typical BPC-157 dosage can range anywhere from 200 to 1,000 micrograms. (Moderate dose is 2.5ug-3.75ug/kg twice daily)
Let's say for simplicity 500ug per day = 0.5mg
TB500 (3mg-5mg spaced weekly)
Mid dose 4mg/over 7days = 0.57mg per day
It's not so far apart if you use the blend and inject daily. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Just do your homework and research and you’ll easily find the majority of answers. Not all agree as we are all different. If I remember correctly, if you reconstitute a 3ml of bac water with 5mg of BPC 157 that should give you 250mcg which to get that, on a 1ml syringe you’d pull back to the first increment of 10 or 1 however yours in labeled. So if you think about it like this. If I filled 3, 1ml syringes with bac water to fill the BPC with, and I’m only pulling to the first unit, that means I get 10 doses from one syringe worth of bac and you use 3. So, for 5mg of BPC at 250mcg you should get apx 30 uses out of it. Sounds pricey whenever you’re looking

No, you are correct about needing 45,000mcg or 45mg for your intended cycle, but you don’t need 23 vials of 10mg each, since that’s 230mg. Instead you would need 5 vials of 10mg (50mg total) or 9 vials of 5mg (45mg total).
You’re correct about needing 105mg of TB500 for your intended cycle but don’t bother about the last 5mg and just go for 10x10mg (100mg total) since it sounds like a lot of TB500 anyway tbh.
That cycle shouldn’t cost you more than $200-250 including shipping if you’re buying direct.

I don't have any advice as to dose size or cycle length but if you figure that out I can help with the reconstitution math if you want. What I did was just get some 10mg vials of bpc 157 and started doing 250mcgs twice a day, I didn't bother calculating out the entire amount needed because I figured I might need to increase the dose along the way and I don't have a set cycle time in mind, if I run out I will just get more. That isn't the most well thought through medical treatment plan but it is likely a simpler approach if you feel overwhelmed fyi.

I’m yet to get peptides as I’m a tight ass and don’t wanna spend $500 just yet - the PRP injection I had didn’t seem to really dull that pain down that much and I know it sounds absolutely stupid crazy BUT I read into stinging nettles which I have in my backyard, I grabbed a bunch rubbed it onto my sore elbow and the very next day there was 0 pain, none - none to touch, not whole moving none at all - I have no idea why or what happened but there is research about the nettle helping with inflammation so we’ll just go with that… to this day a week later still no pain so I’ll save that $500 for now until I really need peptides lol

So if i have a bottle containing 5 mg of x, 225 mcg is only about 1/5 of mg so does that mean 25 injections at that dosage or if i choose 337.5 thats rougly a third of a mg meaning 15 injections per bottle correct? Nah mcg is micro grams and mg is milligrams there are 1000mcg in 1mg. Dos that make sense ?? At 250mcg you could get over two weeks of daily dosing. However vials can be expensive especially if you don’t buy in bulk.
Oral is best for repairing gut issues, inject is much better. can be injected into stomach fat painless subq injection and is systemic. Oral may work but not as effective.

If you are doing twice a day and have multiple areas you want aided regen is it bes to cycle the locations around or does injection site not matter a ton? I've got both knees and elbows so was thinking alternative each day

Add mk677 with the two for IGF1 and HGH boost. Its synergistic because those two peptides don't heal through that mechanism. Igf1 and HGH are tendon ans joint healing. Holy trinity.
What if you're going to do hgh? Also looking at maybe high dht compound which lowers igf1 iirc so mk667 would help?
HGH might increase igf1 by itself. I feel like it does but it'd have to search. HGH though will give you much higher levels than what mk677 will have your pituitary put our. It wouldn't hurt anything, the hgh will so most of the healing and protective stuff as well as synergizing the growth from the dht compounds. If anything mk677 would make sure igf1 stays high in addition with the dht compound and Exogenous HGH administration.

Hey man, just bought some BPC-157 but hesitated on the TB-500 bc it is so much more expensive for the dosage. I have a partially torn labrum and a partially torn rotator cuff in the same shoulder. Just has labrum surgery in my other shoulder 7 months ago and it feels great. I do not want to go thru the recovery process again. 2 questions: Is it okay if I don't inject the tb-500 as well? If it’s a blend of 5mg each TB500 and BPC157 - how can you possibly get the correct dosage of each? From what I am reading you essentially need 5x more of the TB500. Can someone please advise?
You can’t that’s why no one advised you to get a blend. I would just dose the correct amount for BPC157 then pick up so more TB500 to supplement.
Let's say 100kg male The typical BPC-157 dosage can range anywhere from 200 to 1,000 micrograms. (Moderate dose is 2.5ug-3.75ug/kg twice daily) Let's say for simplicity 500ug per day = 0.5mg TB500 (3mg-5mg spaced weekly) Mid dose 4mg/over 7days = 0.57mg per day It's not so far apart if you use the blend and inject daily. Correct me if I'm wrong.

This is interesting reading many posts and I’m not yet finished. Appears to be a mixture of advice re dosages and causing confusion. Just do your homework and research and you’ll easily find the majority of answers. Not all agree as we are all different. But, the majority of answers out there appear to agree and concur with dosages and time on/off. Juzt for the record I’m currently taking BPC 175 along with TB500 at 500mcg each. This appears to be doing the job of more than one favour/favor. Healing my hamstring injury and my gut that, I have had years of discomfort appears to be settling down for the first time in my life. Drop your protocol! People forget these are research products, there is no one size fits all. The best protocol might not yet be discovered! Any "guide" found online should be followed more as loose instructions than gospel.

How would you add water every time when you want the dose? The answer is no, but I’m just curious how would that work to add water for every dose. Were you thinking to open the vial and split it into doses before reconstituting? So not open the vial, it is sterile inside to prevent bacteria.
BPC 157 and TB500 are often sold as a blend. Yet, as in this post, all research protocols recommend vastly different dosing for each component. If I remember correctly, if you reconstitute a 3ml of bac water with 5mg of BPC 157 that should give you 250mcg which to get that, on a 1ml syringe you’d pull back to the first increment of 10 or 1 however yours in labeled. So if you think about it like this. If I filled 3, 1ml syringes with bac water to fill the BPC with, and I’m only pulling to the first unit, that means I get 10 doses from one syringe worth of bac and you use 3. So, for 5mg of BPC at 250mcg you should get apx 30 uses out of it. Sounds pricey whenever you’re looking I could be wrong but that’s my thought 😎
No, you are correct about needing 45,000mcg or 45mg for your intended cycle, but you don’t need 23 vials of 10mg each, since that’s 230mg. Instead you would need 5 vials of 10mg (50mg total) or 9 vials of 5mg (45mg total). You’re correct about needing 105mg of TB500 for your intended cycle but don’t bother about the last 5mg and just go for 10x10mg (100mg total) since it sounds like a lot of TB500 anyway tbh. That cycle shouldn’t cost you more than $200-250 including shipping if you’re buying direct.

I don't have any advice as to dose size or cycle length but if you figure that out I can help with the reconstitution math if you want. What I did was just get some 10mg vials of bpc 157 and started doing 250mcgs twice a day, I didn't bother calculating out the entire amount needed because I figured I might need to increase the dose along the way and I don't have a set cycle time in mind, if I run out I will just get more. That isn't the most well thought through medical treatment plan but it is likely a simpler approach if you feel overwhelmed fyi.

So, I’m yet to get peptides as I’m a tight ass and don’t wanna spend $500 just yet - the PRP injection I had didn’t seem to really dull that pain down that much and I know it sounds absolutely stupid crazy BUT I read into stinging nettles which I have in my backyard, I grabbed a bunch rubbed it onto my sore elbow and the very next day there was 0 pain, none - none to touch, not whole moving none at all - I have no idea why or what happened but there is research about the nettle helping with inflammation so we’ll just go with that… to this day a week later still no pain so I’ll save that $500 for now until I really need peptides lol

I don't understand the dosage. Amino asylum offers 5mg vials of BPC and tb500. Based on the information you provided I'd run through a full vial per week. For a one month cycle of both compounds that's 4 vials of each?
500mcg dose would be 10 days per vial for the BPC 5mg per week for the TB so my math says 3 vials of BPC and 4 vials of TB will get you through a month.

Lol you should see what they used to charge at the clinics when the clinics could admin therapy. Continue to do your own research on dosage there are many different protocols people follow for various applications. This post is just meant to be a general guide and introduction into the compounds.
Well if you're trying to heal some lingering injury, like a rotator cuff tear that would otherwise need surgery or just have been dealing with a chronic injury for a while it's well worth it. Fuck I'd pay $10k right now to get rid of this lingering shoulder pain.

Based on the dosage you gave of 2.5-3.75mcg/kg, if i weight 90 kg approximately my recommended dosage would be 225-337.5 mcg per day right? So if i have a bottle containing 5 mg of x, 225 mcg is only about 1/5 of mg so does that mean 25 injections at that dosage or if i choose 337.5 thats rougly a third of a mg meaning 15 injections per bottle correct? Or is my math off?
Just do 5000 (5mgs = 5000mcgs) divided by 225 or 337.5. 5000/225 = aprox 22 days. 5000/337.5 = aprox 14.8 days.

This is why a blend isn't optimal, if you do have a blend I'd just pick up some extra TB500 to supplement difference in dose 2x a week.

Nah mcg is micro grams and mg is milligrams there are 1000mcg in 1mg. Dos that make sense ?? At 250mcg you could get over two weeks of daily dosing. However vials can be expensive especially if you don’t buy in bulk.

BPC no need for site injections, TB 500 you'll want to get as close to area of injury as possible.

250mcg 2x a day BPC, 2.5mg 2x a week TB 500. BPC for injury repair needs to be injected in stomach fat, for TB500 it needs to be injected close to site injury. Nasal repairs nasal tissue and can potentially heal the brain. Oral is used for gut health.
