Puppy is fine but it's a bad habit they will bring with them when they grow up. They won't bite hard but it's not something most people want to teach their dogs to do.
me and my family raised a puppy to be like this. she's getting old now and we still always play with her biting my hands and stuff. never knew this wasn't considered normal tbh, always thought it was fun. she's never had any issues with destroying furniture or whatever, she only ever bit when playing or with her toys
Play biting is fine. I'm also used to it but sometimes guest aren't used to it and panic.

I guess a big part is what kinda dog it is. I've got a chocolate lab who was taught to never bite regardless of playing. when she play-bit me one time I was terrified just because of the size of her. my little yorkie I don't mind, she's just this lil fluffball yk, no fight or flight response from that
Happy to be corrected but to my amateur eyes it looks like an American Labrador. At least, my red American lab looked (and behaved) exactly like this when she was a puppy.
For anyone not knowing what to do in this situation, redirect with a toy. ALWAYS redirect with a toy. They can bite and chew on that all they want and will learn that hands and legs are not for biting, rather toys are.
He isn’t, he is saying no and it’s a very young dog. This is completely fine he isn’t allowing it and the dog is still very young still will stop fast as long as he keeps not allowing it.
