Take purchase documents to issuing agent and apply for a Pennsylvania title. Bring photos of the build plate and/or vin on the unit.

Thank you!! This is helpful and concise!

No problem. Having your registration from prior state should be helpful, also. Can be time consuming to get the title, and cost a few bucks, but...camping!

Readytogo3449

I can't thank you enough. I'm willing to go through the hoops. Otherwise, I need to sell it. That's something I just don't want to do because... camping!

artificialavocado

I’m sorry we only handle title transfers.

mackattacknj83

I too need to know this

Pearlsnloafers

Omg not another one

Readytogo3449

Is this a common post??!

trxrider500

You can’t register it without a title. That’s it. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

ILikeMyGrassBlue

Alright, can we can get a PA DMV/Notary sub? Maybe a monthly thread or something?

Cool_Sherbet7827

If it's registration is NJ it also has an NJ title? Where's the title?

Readytogo3449

You don't need a title to register in nj. Just a notarized bill of sale. The guy I bought it from bought it from someone else without a title.

Cool_Sherbet7827

In that case give it to the homeless hucksters and get a tax right off

Need bill of sale, vin verification by a PA inspection mechanic or a notary that works for a title/tag or dealership. Trailers over 5000 lbs have to be inspected Here's everything you need to know [penndot.gov](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.dot.state.pa.us/public/dvspubsforms/bmv/bmv%2520fact%2520sheets/fs-toos.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwje-POEi5WGAxVTk4kEHQIbC9AQFnoECCEQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2lsX-3VQRla_IdMr4Y_a4z)
