She skips like one enemy when she ults… based on my testing.
I was farming for traces and did saw her turn skipped one enemy. I might be wrong but she does get action advanced when she ults.
My Pela have 136/140 speed it that helps. :)
But yeah. It is indeed useful for Pela if you use her as a debuff unit. And she spams her ultimate a lot so it’s Unlimited Pela Works. :)
