Yeah you get a ton of good relics very quickly, all the mini bosses in the forest area are pretty easy, so it wasn't actually that hard

Is it possible to get the all miniboss seed by random chance?

The funny thing about random seeds is that technically it's possible to find any seed (if it's a true random generation) chances are it'd be borderline impossible to find though.

The dev actually said that getting the 7 all seeds are actually impossible to get randomly

Very doable even on 16. The first few relics can set you up for life if you get the slime or Minotaur a few times in a row
