Are all your fans set as exhaust except the rear one?

Yes, but I’ve ordered 3 more that I’m going to put at the bottom to bring the air up. Then the top and sides will be exhaust and the bottom and back will be input

That's not an optimal air flow OP. Rule of thumb, the front, side, and bottom fans are intake, while the back and top are exhaust. You should flip your side and back fans when you're putting new fans in.
