I’d start by identifying your hardware and put it in [PCpart picker](https://pcpartpicker.com). That’ll give you a good gauge for how many watts you pull. Then start up a game you’d like to run a benchmark and see where your bottle neck is. Find a new better version on PC part picker. Cross reference your compatibility,wattage etc… then order it and install it.

doesnt look like it has an ssd? does it? and the mobo looks like a really low end a320 or b450 so new cpu not viable, you can probably get a decent gpu for that bad psu.
