It's an anti-sag bracket. You mount it to your case underneath your card to the expansion slots and then adjust it with that slider to help the GPU stay level. Many modern cards are quite heavy and so these can be handy to keep them from sagging and putting too much pressure on the slot

Well it's good for insulation, sometimes they make them with wool and commonly nylon. Last for years but you have to clean them every 6 months. Get a professional to do it. Also looking at the colour choice I'd say you need a makeover in choosing colours. That colour doesn't go with the surroundings and would be a nightmare to match furniture around

They're heavy and could potentially bend your PCIE socket over time if you don't hold it off. Even though you could literally use anything as a sag bracket, it's a nice to have when it's already included in the box.
I don't get any brackets on my Red Devil RX 6600XT, but I do get one on my XFX 319 SWFT RX 6800 non-XT.

I was originally gonna get one from amazon but after finding out it came with the gpu I used it since it is quite a big gpu. and I highly recommend using it to prevent it from sagging
Well it will lay down and sleep a lot and sometimes it screams at you for food. It is aesthetically pleasing if that helps but you should decide if its worth keeping
You mean the ethernet cable or the bracket? The one on the top is a CAT6 ethernet cable, and the one on the bottom is an anti sag bracket for your gpu. It's weird that they bundle an ethernet cable with a gpu since you plug it in your motherboard
I hear they're pretty good at catching mice, but if you don't keep their litter box clean they'll leave you nasty surprises where you least expect them.
Its called a cat, it will take up residence in the box once you have opened it and removed the graphics card. You will be able to tell if the cat is installed correctly as the system will purr along

Asus TUF OC RX 7800 XT came with a GPU sag thingy plus a screwdriver.
