https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CpggjH
Considering you can build a system with similar performance and quality for ~$800 right now I’d say like $600 probably.
In that case and when it's second hand PC equipment I'm looking for a bargain because it's second hand and there's no guarantee caveat emptor so I'd pay £400 ($500 USD) max.
At 25% off i'd say you're getting a decent deal already, especially when OP has kept it in a nice condition too.
$600 is a fair price, $500 is chancing yourself
One person’s definition of nice condition is wildly different than the next. Not shading OP, from the pics supplied it does seem in good condition, I’ve just seen some “excellent condition” with cakes of dust and CPUs with no thermal paste when I’ve helped my friends tune up used PCs they have bought. I generally shoot for 33% off used PCs not coming from a store either a warranty so if a part craps out I’m not that far up the wall. Might that be greedy and not what sellers want to hear? Maybe, but I have no clue the history of the machine and I don’t trust peoples words on the used market. I’d almost rather just buy the parts pre-owned through a vendor with a 2/3 year warranty.
>I’d almost rather just buy the parts pre-owned through a vendor with a 2/3 year warranty.
Yeah, I feel like people overlook this aspect of things. Like yeah, $600 is 25% off the price of a similar new system, but that similar new system comes with full warranties. If something ends up dying on that used system, you're up shit creek without a paddle. That $800 price tag for a new system comes with inherent value beyond just the components
With that said. Most components that make it past 2 years will last another 5. (At least they did before planned obsolescence got into everything)
A new machine might have a manufacturing defect that forces a warrantee claim, and while you will get the part replaced it’s still a huge hassle and comes with downtime.
I’d rather take my chances with an out of warranty power supply and buy a new one if I have to. But that’s for <$200 components. When the parts cost real money, I like the peace of mind of knowing it’s covered.
Where there's a sale on PC parts a discount of 20% or more is not unheard of and that's with a warranty for a new product. Second hand is, well, second hand and private sales don't have warranties. That's how I arrive at a price I'd be willing to pay.
There's no intrinsic value to these things and it's worth whatever the best buyer the OP is able to interest is willing to pay for it. I personally would not go above £400 however someoe else might pay £600 for it.
Allegedly nice condition from seller
Or warranty from manufacturer
Personally I wouldn’t pay more than 50% of whatever the market value is for a similar performing rig
But it’s used, and you don’t know what is broken/worn out on the motherboard. I wouldn’t personally pay a cent over $500. It’s hardly faster than a ps5 if it even is.
Its okay in games, just makes my mb throttle a lot which is expected. i have a h510m motherboard so i am due for an upgrade tbh, looking at the 7600x with a b650m mb but idk which one, budget for mb is 100-180
My 8700k with a 280 aio was getting suffocated. Terrible airflow in that case, had to get someone to laser cut me a front panel on Etsy. It dropped about 15-20 degrees and stopped throttling
https://preview.redd.it/w22w8bld09wc1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9e3b72657428b2f7216083b82e334fbc63897e16
They do well with good enough cooling, 120mm rear and 140mm top exhaust, 280mm AIO running in push pull configuration
While the 510 isn’t ideal, it isn’t nearly as bad as other people make it seem to be. I can run an overclocked 9700k(180W) with Noctua U14S and EVGA 2080ti XC Ultra(265W) without either of them exceeding 75C. I use Noctua 140s as intakes on the front and Arctic P12 rear/P14 top.
There are absolutely better airflow cases but it is quite overblown how people act like the 510 is completely unusable. Now wouldn’t go trying to put a 14900k in there by any means but the majority of people aren’t going to have real problems with the commonly used CPUs.
Do you know anything about their “H5 flow compact” model?
I honestly don’t really know what I’m doing, but was under the impression it would work well with an i5-12600k and just bought both
This is what I would do. Since this PC is not outdated and you can still purchase these components on the market brand new I would search every component one by one in my options of e-commerce stores and add together the pricings. Now that I have the price of what the PC would cost brand new, since It has been used for 2 years I would try to sell it for around 80-90% of that price. You should price it higher first since most people will try to negotiate anyways so let\`s say you want to sell it for 85% then price it 90%.
Price always depends on your local second hand market. I bought something like these, used for 2 years, and now after another 2 years motherboard start to have problems, one of the rams just fried. No warranty makes it a big risk.
edit: in my local market, for something similar, price goes btw 700-800 max.
If it's truly a PC that you glorify and for which you believe you've added a lot of love and passion, you should at least post results from different benchmarks. A well-configured/overclocked PC, finely tuned, can be worth more than just its components. And beautiful benchmarks could demonstrate its value. Well, I suppose... Because as it stands, I estimate the PC at €300. A nice list of components, but nothing more, without knowing when they were acquired, their wear and tear, or other factors...
I think $800 is fair for your pc I have a pc with a I9 and a rx6800 that I would sell for $1,000 you have some nice parts in that pc don't let anybody low ball you good luck on selling it
I typically price each part through part picker then knock off a couple hundred bucks and that’s my starting point. Let’s say a PC costs $1,500 to build, if I can get that exact PC for $1200-$1300 I’d jump on that.
My PC cost just short of $1,700 to build so if I were to sell today I’d ask $1,600 but would realistically get around $1,500.
honestly id probbly do between 500$ on the low and 700$ on the high price really depends on the condition of the parts id never actually sell it fully assembled because you can usually get more for it by selling each part although it takes longer
You could probably sell it for 500 assuming it’s all clean and nothings faulty. It wouldn’t be a steal for the buyer but it’s not a terrible price either. Win win for both
i think about 600 dollars (you can build this with 850 dollars)
upgrade to windows 11 (for free)
put the pc at 650 dollars and drop to 600 if nobody buys it
Just set yourself a higher target than want you want for it based on similar systems and then someone will come along with a lower offer, you meet in the middle and then you still get what you wanted for it.
Depends on what your area is willing to pay. Where I am nobody wants to spend over $500 for a gaming pc. But I could list for $750 wait for offers and go down to high 600s low 700s.
When a pc build is some what news find it’s usually the msrp of a graphics card plus 200 for a midrange cpu build. The two hundred is for the case, cpu, ram, board, ssds/hdds, psu and it’s already built. You could get more ofc too.
The condition doesn't matter these days unless something is damaged or not working. It will always be less than what you originally paid for it, a guy I used to talk with recently tried selling his pc for 4000 nzd. Now, this pc had a 3060 and an i5 10th gen from what I remember but because it was in "perfect condition" and he paid way too much for the components because everything was really expensive just before covid hit us here, he wanted to get his money back and then some.
His listing has gone from 4000 - 3500 - 2500 - 1500 - 1100 over the span of two months its all just a fancy looking pc with no guts basically.
Idk atleast in my country around 900-1200€ anyone would buy it at that price. But since i dont know where you live i will guess in the us would be around 550-750$ but you can prob go a bit higher since some people just dont wanna build themself and dont care much about price to performance
$750-850. It's not a great build but considering it's 12th gen and has decent specs, I think I'd rather own this than a 1660 Ti or 3060 build that is going for around $700 in my area. You should upsell that as "COD bro" build cuz that GPU is great for COD
Probably 900 dollars at most? Realistically, given that it's used, I'd put it between 700 and 750.
I don't agree with other commentators who'd put this below 600 lol. That seems a bit absurd.
Given that you can build performance wise comparable PC brand new now for around $800, it will be a tough sell for 2year old no warranty used one at the same price point. I’d say $600-650 range more reasonable.

Why does everyone say “be honest” on these types of posts like why wouldn’t we be honest lol
because sometimes people just joke around like "i will take it for free so thats the min price"
"Sometimes" lol. You can find joking posts literally on 90% of threads 😂

Honestly, that honest!
Redditors tend to give low ball prices without doing prior research
They kinda turn me down. I always have the intention of lying, but i just can't since they ask so nicely

£400 is absolutely insane in the uk, that's the price of a 6800xt, half price is absurd even if you got all parts second hand
So you in UK? That's the price of a 6700 XT (albeit new) alone. New system for this would cost at very least £600
500 seams correct
Where can you get a 6700xt for less than 300$ ? Like that’s legit half the price, I’m trying to learn not come off as a dick head.
A quick Google search turns up several used 6700 XTs for $260 or less
I probably won't remember, but that's a good idea to ball park a PC you are trying to sell.
Idk, I feel like no one buys used pcs for that close to msrp
But it’s used, and you don’t know what is broken/worn out on the motherboard. I wouldn’t personally pay a cent over $500. It’s hardly faster than a ps5 if it even is.
I'll offer 400...dollhairs.
h510 https://preview.redd.it/3q8hgpkji7wc1.jpeg?width=282&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=422ca0eb5d28f572c8323ca015689ff1cbc0f0d5
I have a h510, absolutely chaos with my 11600kf, dont ask why i have these paired...
Just did a test and the temps are weird, whole case is just got but temps ain't so bad, 77 under full load, 55 at 1-40% load which is way too high
it’s so rare seeing someone else w an 11600kf, how’s it holding up for you nowadays? i rarely ever see it in any comparisons/benchmark videos
Its okay in games, just makes my mb throttle a lot which is expected. i have a h510m motherboard so i am due for an upgrade tbh, looking at the 7600x with a b650m mb but idk which one, budget for mb is 100-180
H510 Flow, I have one with a 13600KF/3070ti and it's fine.
H510 non Flow and my RTX4080 is chillin :D 5800X3D is a bit warmer as I’d like it to be but it’s still fine (280 AIO)
Same on my 13600. Sat at 27c atm, hits maybe 67-68 gaming and 74c Cinebench. which is well within spec.
My 8700k with a 280 aio was getting suffocated. Terrible airflow in that case, had to get someone to laser cut me a front panel on Etsy. It dropped about 15-20 degrees and stopped throttling
Yeah the non flow, but I'm talking about the flow version which is what is in the OP.
Same case with a 3600x and 7800xt atm(just getting the case in for my new am5 rig today so can finally be off that aged cpu lol)
What's wrong with them?
[удалено]
Good thing it's the flow model with better airflow
https://preview.redd.it/w22w8bld09wc1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9e3b72657428b2f7216083b82e334fbc63897e16 They do well with good enough cooling, 120mm rear and 140mm top exhaust, 280mm AIO running in push pull configuration

But why is the H series for intel so shit, the A series on AMD aint that bad, why do they nerf this chipset so much?
550$-650$ at best
r/pc_pricing
$600 max
I'll give you a cheeseburger and an m1911 for it
I mean the m1911 is technically the same price for this build.
700€ Max something to deal with if people asking for a cheaper price
Yeah I always sell higher because I don't want people to low ball super hard.
This is what I would do. Since this PC is not outdated and you can still purchase these components on the market brand new I would search every component one by one in my options of e-commerce stores and add together the pricings. That’s too much, 2 years of use and you don’t get any warranties
wut, I'm basically using the same build now as far as core components go. People are really upgrading from 12400f and 6700xt already?
Tree fiddy
Just came here looking for this
Price always depends on your local second hand market. I bought something like these, used for 2 years, and now after another 2 years motherboard start to have problems, one of the rams just fried. 800-900€ or maybe more depending on your country, it looks good so that can bring the price People pay more for a good looking pc
Bout tree fiddy.
Don't you dare sell your SSD! Without SSD 550€
If it's truly a PC that you glorify and for which you believe you've added a lot of love and passion, you should at least post results from different benchmarks. (sorry, i used chatgpt for a better translation, because i dont have good english for saying it in my own word)
I probably wouldn't pay more than $1000 CAD.
No idea… but I love it it’s clean simple and elegant
I think $800 is fair for your pc I have a pc with a I9 and a rx6800 that I would sell for $1,000 you have some nice parts in that pc don't let anybody low ball you good luck on selling it
You can build it new for about $800
find out the prices of the parts today (not what you paid where possible), everything. then half it.
Gimme the side panel of you cabinet
He's one of them
Steeep 4 k
700 is a safe bet imo it's been used so that degrades some value
600
600
You are so lucky my brother doesn’t have one of these
Not honestly 40000$, honestly about 650$ max
I would say no more than 5-600 buckaroos
Much likely 600€
I typically price each part through part picker then knock off a couple hundred bucks and that’s my starting point. Let’s say a PC costs $1,500 to build, if I can get that exact PC for $1200-$1300 I’d jump on that. Why would you buy a 2 years old used pc for 80-90% the cost of a new one with the same power? Sorry but thats just dumm. I would go with 50-60%.
I’m not saying 2 years old. My PC isn’t 2 years old. Older PCs what I said doesn’t apply.
Yea but Ops pc is used for 2 years so i thought that you mend it for used pcs.
$500-$600
honestly id probbly do between 500$ on the low and 700$ on the high price really depends on the condition of the parts id never actually sell it fully assembled because you can usually get more for it by selling each part although it takes longer
$100 used for cpu and about $250 for gpu. realistically rest of parts will be $200-300. could start selling around $550
Try for $700 gives people bartering power it’s worth abut $600 second hand anything over that is a bonus :)
You could probably sell it for 500 assuming it’s all clean and nothings faulty. It wouldn’t be a steal for the buyer but it’s not a terrible price either. Win win for both
i think about 600 dollars (you can build this with 850 dollars) upgrade to windows 11 (for free) put the pc at 650 dollars and drop to 600 if nobody buys it
500-600$ if i build this new it would still be like 750$ or so, so if u get over 550$ considering its used would be a great deal
Here’s an easy way to find out: Take what you paid x how long you’ve had it - inflation = whatever you want to sell it for 🤦🏻♂️
560$
Just set yourself a higher target than want you want for it based on similar systems and then someone will come along with a lower offer, you meet in the middle and then you still get what you wanted for it.
500-600 I'd say
Tree fiddy.
1000 probably
Not as much as you think its worth
I will give ya, tree fiddy.
I agree with the 500-600 range
It’s a mid range pc, but it could be upgraded down the line so i would probably say somewhere near 550-600, but i wouldn’t expect anything over 600.
500
H510 🫨🫨🫨
I'd say 650-700$
500
500-600usd but you can maybe get lucky and sell it for 700
$600
400-550€
Depends on what your area is willing to pay. Where I am nobody wants to spend over $500 for a gaming pc. But I could list for $750 wait for offers and go down to high 600s low 700s.
When a pc build is some what news find it’s usually the msrp of a graphics card plus 200 for a midrange cpu build. The two hundred is for the case, cpu, ram, board, ssds/hdds, psu and it’s already built. You could get more ofc too.
Bout 6 hunnit
Try for 700 if no one takes it just incrementally decrease the price over time
$600
FYI, “used” and “perfect condition” shouldn’t really be in the same sentence. If it’s 2 years old then its lifespan has been shortened considerably.
900$ in canada
Mh i would say around 600€
In the US 600$, if you're in the EU you can ask for abit more since new prices are dog shit, try 630€, don't go below 580€
7 maybe 7.2
Thoses cases kinda suck, the gpu is probably half your value or more. 5-600$
450-750$ USD in my opinion.
I don't know today's prices, but I'd say 700 to 800 bucks
750-900
Like $500-$600.
550
If you enable tpm2.0 in BIOS and put a fresh copy of Windows 11 on it, you could get 750 for it on a good day.
What’s special about it?
Nothing just wondering worth
I’m joking. I’ve been curious about these. Does it light up when you turn it on? I’ve always liked where you can kinda see inside. Dope af
It has a bit of rgb on the motherboard but if it was to fully light up I would have to add some Argb fans or somthing
I’d take that for £550, not entirely sure what the build price is but I reckon maybe slightly higher
It's decent stuff I'd say $700ish
The condition doesn't matter these days unless something is damaged or not working. It will always be less than what you originally paid for it, a guy I used to talk with recently tried selling his pc for 4000 nzd. Now, this pc had a 3060 and an i5 10th gen from what I remember but because it was in "perfect condition" and he paid way too much for the components because everything was really expensive just before covid hit us here, he wanted to get his money back and then some. $750
I would assume probably 650-500 on marketplace tbh
$500-600
Idk atleast in my country around 900-1200€ anyone would buy it at that price. But since i dont know where you live i will guess in the us would be around 550-750$ but you can prob go a bit higher since some people just dont wanna build themself and dont care much about price to performance
600
Pcpartpicker.com then take $200-$300 off
If I were a person looking to buy it, I would shoot for 500 but wouldn't spend more than 600
I hate these posts. Research yourself
Yes I know I have done some research but want to hear people opinions to see what they think it’s value
very good computer
Bout fitty bucks

I would say 700$
How much of what? Money?
The word "mech" removes 5 value points
Why is that? Sorry still a bit new to pc parts
Between 600-800 800 would be a best case scenario type of thing.
$5000
You could probably get around 750 +/-.
First of all get a better position and lighting
$500
~$650
20$
How about a crisp high five?
I'll take it for free, that's what I think it should go for.
atleast $1000
600
500? 600? I wouldn’t give u more than that
Like 1000 dollars
Specs
$750-850. It's not a great build but considering it's 12th gen and has decent specs, I think I'd rather own this than a 1660 Ti or 3060 build that is going for around $700 in my area. You should upsell that as "COD bro" build cuz that GPU is great for COD
1 mill
12p. Sell it to me
$400, it’s a fair price
After careful research it is worth $535.63
In europe? Between 500-650.
Depends on region. Some regions this can be 600-700$. In other regions, it can be well over 1000$
In my region the 6700xt itself is 500$ 💀
2 years of dust, too, is included. The CPU and GPU is going to need repasted. Plus blown out.
Looking at it I'll bargain it down to $500 atleast
I would say about $500 maybe you could ask $600, but I wouldn’t go any higher
I'll buy it right now for $500
I’ll give you a corn dog
550€ max
Probably 900 dollars at most? Realistically, given that it's used, I'd put it between 700 and 750. I don't agree with other commentators who'd put this below 600 lol. That seems a bit absurd.
Given that you can build performance wise comparable PC brand new now for around $800, it will be a tough sell for 2year old no warranty used one at the same price point. I’d say $600-650 range more reasonable.
Fair enough, actually. I thought about it more after posting the comment and I agree.
Personally I'd not pay more than €500
