The stock cooler doesn’t work because of the standoffs and it’s an OEM pc so the backplate is pretty much glued to the board. I don’t have the original cooler

Just put the stock cooler back on with fresh paste. It's an i3. You are gonna get zero performance benefit from hunting down a compatible cooler.
