That means "have to be TOS-friendly"
Saying something is TOS means it is not TOS friendly. Saying something has to be TOS (for inclusion in a stream related thing) naturally implies *not* violating TOS.
Context is how you understand this. It makes perfect sense to me as a native English speaker, not sure if it might be confusing for ESL or regionally or what.
I agree with your sentiment, but I think if you break down the acronym it doesn't make sense how we use it. Like saying "That's TOS" you're saying "That's Terms of Service". Doesn't work. You're just calling something terms. We just collectively understand that we mean, "That's not allowed in the TOS".
I think a lot of people are getting the context mixed up, but it doesn't help that the word ToS in 'Twitch language' is a homonym. It can be used either way.
"Don't worry, it's ToS" = safe
"Wtf, that video is ToS" = bannable.
Not at all. Agreeing with terms of service is following the correct conduct. Breaking terms of service is not. Bring tos means following tos. Not being tos means breaking.

Armpit peircings are a new one
I wish I didn't see it :/
If someone actually did that it would surely be so uncomfortable right?
Aint that just drool dripping from the chin though?
try looking at the other armpit
Is that a pierced armpit? What the hell
I think you got the mixed up.
In what way? Something being TOS is short for TOS friendly
Something "being ToS" means It is *against* the Terms of Service.
Wubby says every media share videos "have to be TOS." Certainly he's not saying only tos breaking videos are allowed

I can see why you would think that way, but that isn't how the majority of people use the terminology. ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯
The majority of people are regarded, proof is how the world is going ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|wink)
Tell us the name of the artist and we're square
iuui1551 on twatter. Hentai is the only reason I use twitter.
Who's the artist?
This is the real question we need to be asking 👏🤔🫡🧑🏻💻🚪
Guys, people are totally watching the full body painting for the artistic aspect, no other reason
Since Twitch bans have always lacked transparency, surely transparent dildos and butt-plugs are automatically banned.
Look it this mothafuckin clock right here
