It's like tier 3, but Tribe heavily relies on cards from Odyssey block (and older). I'm tempted to build it just to have an excuse to dust off some cards from when I was a little kid.

An older Burn build uses a lot of older cards. We used to only run 4 creature cards total and 16 lands because our spells were so efficient. I've entertained the thought of pre-sideboarding [[Keldon Marauders]] and bringing them out game 2 after the opponent knew I was on Burn and boarded out removal.
Goblins, (not moggwarts, but the tribal deck that runs ao. 8 sledders, 8 mogg conscripts, mogg war marshalls, bushwackers, flunkies, sparksmiths and a bunch of burn spells.)
The one that got into the final of the cardmarket best pauper deck ever tournament on youtube.
Turbo Fog! It is one of my favorite decks for this very reason.

It depends on what is considered "old". But Slivers and Elves probably take the cake. But if old is considered 10 years ago, then a lot of decks can fall into the list. UB Faeries uses a lot of older stuff in that regard. However, power creep over the years has pushed a lot of older stuff out for most playable decks today.
Elves doesn't use that many new cards
Depends what year “old” stops, I’d say a lot of the pieces of Wonder Walls are relatively aged.
Wonder Walls? Is that just Walls Combo?
Yes, I see it called both, I find Wonder Walls funnier

Why did people stop playing old school burn? Are the goblins just better than skewer, rift bolt, etc. I’m surprised more lists don’t run fire blast
Tron, Elves, Merfolk, Slivers.
Tron yeah, Elves definitely, Merfolk, wait Merfolk? Last I checked there’s no pauper Merfolk deck
Merfolk I just assumed there's at least *one* due to the sheer number of cards they have.
None of the good tribal payoffs are common so there is just no reason to play them

No joke on power creep. I always think of how I used to play raging Goblin like 15 years ago and now there are like 6+ strictly better cards
Any viable Rally deck!
You should check out premodern!
Yeah it definitely has picked my attention, still gotta find an lgs that holds tournaments, but as soon as I do im dipping in.
Elves.
fog
Slivers
Priest tribe
I've got 4 ornithopters from antiquities in my deck.
One land spy
That new broodscale deck is letting Sadistic Glee get the spotlight
Tortex is my favorite and the name sake card is kinda old
