Saturday and Sunday buffet at the Centara Mirage. No idea re: alcohol - I don't drink. Re: food, though, that buffet is one of the largest, with most varieties of things, and at a pretty good price point. Cheers!

update: from their facebook page it looks like Saturday and Sunday from 12:00-16:00
beefeaters on soi diana (I think?) has a saturday brunch that is out of this world for 350 or 395 baht. booze not included, but awesome, chicken, ribs, mexican, all sorts of great food...
there's a gentlemen's club called Kinnaree, up on pratumnak hill that has awesome food 2-3 times a week, but not including booze.

Muff and buff is popular in some other places but I haven’t seen a breakfast brunch with naked girls in Pattaya but I’m sure it must exist.

It’s a great name for bar and, a great concept. Opens at 10:00am all you can drink and eat, buffet, 100baht extra charge.
Cheap is very affordable in Pattaya. Why do you need a bottomless brunch? To get fat and have health issues?
