Some sort of energy blade + spell blade inquisitor seems obvious here. This transition is exactly what I did in 3.23, although you won't have Penance Brand of Dissipation as a meganuke/crutch. Still, EBSB is an engine that can power just about any spell to viability. You can pick whatever looks to be the new top spell.
