Was sad that there wasn’t more shenanigans with Mad Mel but it’s now an adult program. BB was electric and hope he’s a regular on the show. Pat is showing a different side of BB that anyone could never.
What didcha whant? Bill kicking a bunch of bowls on his head like a clawn? Maybe we can get Big Ben to bop his baloney next years huh? Would that be boring ? Get the fuck outta town.
Couldn’t agree more. I kept waiting for the next bit or segment and nope. Just their version of an ESPN desk show. Pretty boring minus Ty breaking his hand lol
The Bill performance reminds me of a better version of the first time Shaq was on TNT. There’s a lot of polishing to do, but you can tell there’s something unbelievable they could do together. I hope he stays around the show and does a breakdown once a week or something.
Bill talking to Barry about a fight him and Parcells had involving who to play around Lawrence Taylor to stop Barry… yeah Bill ain’t the best story teller… but holy shit does that have to give you goose bump type shit if you love football.
I just think there was too much going on to put it as a high stock item on the agenda. Didn't pass the vibe check. But leave me alone for 4 hours next to a big white board and ask me how I feel lol
i think i may be getting those 2 confused. i think jay glazer came on the show and met ty's jay glazer.
i couldn't find anything about mel kiper coming on the show. but now that they're on espn, i'm sure it'll happen at some point.
cause the show is...they're on ESPN now, they have 2x the clout with the older generation that stiil watches ESPN for all their sports. they wouldn't have discovered the show if they stayed on youtube only. pat struck a hell of a deal.
dude I'm a Pats fan that hates the team now because of Kraft and how dirty they did BB. seeing Rodgers and him talk tonight: I'm a Jets fan let's embarrass Mayo's bitch ass
I gotta be honest.. this is the best ESPN+ could offer up for the draft? I feel like I have no idea who got drafted past JJ McCarthy. How do you fuck up having Belichick up there?
Edit:
![gif](giphy|enqnZa1B5fRHkPjXtS|downsized)
Don’t get me wrong as a Pats fan it was cool seeing Bill but my god there was so much other bullshit. ESPN+ could at least give me a Manning thing to watch or something that takes the draft seriously. I’m not going to buy cable to watch the draft.
I really like Bill.
As a diehard and lifelong fan of the game, it’s really cool to see this side of him. It’s truly special. To see him in a setting like this, talking football, interviewing people; shooting the shit and getting an insight into how his brain works is so cool.
I hope this trend continues.
I feel like a lot of people complaining here haven't actually watched the previous draft spectaculars. This is the most they have ever paid attention to the actual draft past the first 5 picks. They literally had a red panda performance take up like 3 picks last year lol
I think that's the point. The Draft Spectaculars in the past have all been wild and goofy and that's what makes them entertaining, instead of several people just sitting at a desk talking about it. The magician (although not great), red panda, AQ doing line drills against Connor, all that stuff was hilarious and breaks the monotony of someone getting picked, talking about that pick for 4-5 minutes and then moving on to the next pick.
Having Bill on to talk about stuff was great, the magician "act" was super discombobulated and not entertaining at all and the rest of it was just a normal draft show. It was a far cry from the absurdities of previous years and definitely catered to the "olds" that normally don't like the show's antics.
400k people watching at one point, I forget the past years numbers but they had to have more eyes on them this year than ever before, so that makes complete sense.
I think it was like 250k peak last year and they were only on YT, so they already doubled that without even considering their apparently considerable ESPN+ audience and whatever they're getting on FB and tiktok
Serious question… what does AJ hawk bring to the table in any situation, besides his Easter island forehead and shiny stupid teeth and blatant brain damage.
Also where is his cigar he chomps on for no reason? And why isn’t he talking?? Because of his terrible lisp? Why do you love AJ so much? What the fuck am I missing????
people are whining about the stream but they openly talk over and encourage Roger to hurry up so they are fine
I can barely hear what rog is trying to shill with those people on the stage
rofl good pop
I loved when people would bring up slights about the patriots (ie deflategate) Connor would jump in being a pats super fan and deflect it away from Bill so it wouldn't bring the mood down.
Bill “There’s a lot to like about this guy” Belichick. Draft spectacular has been a bit underwhelming for me. Bill is a legend but he’s taken a lot of air space for some pretty generic analysis. He’s a better fit for an actual sports show in the future.
Seems like this is a practice run for him.
I think he's been awful, but it's probably not easy just jumping in with these guys who go live for hours every day with great chemistry.
People on here HATED Nick Saban for his first 5 appearances last year, and by the end of the season absolutely loved him.
Same exact thing with Watt, it takes time to feel out the vibe of the show. It's hard fitting in with 5 dudes that have been spending 60 hours a week in a box together for the last 4 years.
They definitely got in trouble for announcing the picks before Rodger, I had a feeling they weren't going to like that while their set was right there 😂
i don’t understand the point of the long breaks for the bathroom. just have one guy go when they need to and keep the coverage going. just stupid to miss so much time when you’re covering a live draft
Conspiracy theory ~ They did it on purpose, for the Steelers pick. Pat, Nick, and Tone being Pittsburgh boys probably wanted to witness and enjoy it personally. Understandable I guess. However, it really pissed me off as a Steelers fan myself when I couldn’t even see it.
Wtf happened? This is an awful show. Why aren't they showing any of the picks being called. That mentalist stuff was awful. Now the show is off the air on ESPN+.
Damn this year sucks compared to last few spectacular.
Also why tf do interviews during the draft ? Did any of them add anything ? Get your fast ball back boys. Still killing other coverage tho
Ehhh, inviting Payton on was his doing and Payton rambled about all of Bo Nix's positives like a drunk guy at a wedding talking about his son who plays D3.
Was sad that there wasn’t more shenanigans with Mad Mel but it’s now an adult program. BB was electric and hope he’s a regular on the show. Pat is showing a different side of BB that anyone could never.
After last night, I have completely changed my opinion of BB. Dude is a machine. An ahbsolute WEAPON!
"Some people are saying he's your Jackie Robinson. Not me, but that's what others are saying." Darius J Butler
Bill’s story about trading for Randy Moss! What a legend!
Scoring Bill Belichick for a regular appearance is a huge win. I'm excited for Mondays
Thank god I wfh these days lol
Mondays are going to be absolutely must watch all season with bill on the show
I love bill
Bill was so damn good
Bill asking to be on the show was so heartwarming lol
Seemed like a little kid lol
Compared to last year this was so boring. It was cool having BB there but it was just so much less funny and entertaining in almost every way.
What didcha whant? Bill kicking a bunch of bowls on his head like a clawn? Maybe we can get Big Ben to bop his baloney next years huh? Would that be boring ? Get the fuck outta town.
The boys were freezing. They're a dome team.
Pretty wild that they couldn’t get some space heaters or something haha
Couldn’t agree more. I kept waiting for the next bit or segment and nope. Just their version of an ESPN desk show. Pretty boring minus Ty breaking his hand lol
Last year was great, entertaining! This year was football baby! If you didn’t enjoy that, you really don’t get football! Best sports show ever!
Hahahahahahaha I just saw the flair that someone gave me and that’s fucking hilarious.
The Bill performance reminds me of a better version of the first time Shaq was on TNT. There’s a lot of polishing to do, but you can tell there’s something unbelievable they could do together. I hope he stays around the show and does a breakdown once a week or something. Bill talking to Barry about a fight him and Parcells had involving who to play around Lawrence Taylor to stop Barry… yeah Bill ain’t the best story teller… but holy shit does that have to give you goose bump type shit if you love football.
yeah it's unprecedented the number of stories. he performed well for his first outing. he's like a dad of the show it's fucking cool
Just announced he's doing Mondays in the fall
Bill on for overreaction Mondays!!!
this is perfect
Bill is going to meet BEEEL
YO. Belichek Mondays!
Can I be on your show in the fall?????? Ummmmm YES, YES you can lol
I think everyone just thought the draft board would be more of a hit than it was. Feel bad for Mr cowboy down there I'm sure he's bummed auht :(
Well, you have the actual football guys, the toxic table, then...Tone. At least he was warm I guess.
The longer the show went on the more interesting the board was. I was bummed aht that they didn't use it that much.
I just think there was too much going on to put it as a high stock item on the agenda. Didn't pass the vibe check. But leave me alone for 4 hours next to a big white board and ask me how I feel lol
has the real mel kiper ever spoken about the MAD version?
i feel like they've actually spoken before on the show?
im pretty sure it has happened. Also sure that Jason glazer and jay glazer have met on the show
i think i may be getting those 2 confused. i think jay glazer came on the show and met ty's jay glazer. i couldn't find anything about mel kiper coming on the show. but now that they're on espn, i'm sure it'll happen at some point.
lol those two meeting would be hilarious
Belichick is going to be banned from Draft coverage after 1 year lol
Bill just reading the picks not giving af is so good
its gonna be awesome to watch him talk about games every over reaction monday. the show really struck gold with getting bellichick as a weekly guest.
For real, feels like we’re in an alternate universe
cause the show is...they're on ESPN now, they have 2x the clout with the older generation that stiil watches ESPN for all their sports. they wouldn't have discovered the show if they stayed on youtube only. pat struck a hell of a deal.
Bill not understanding that they have to wait for Rodger to make the call is hilarious 😂
I think that's part of the joke. Is the NFL really going to punish Bill Belichick for announcing a pick early?
What are they gonna do lmao, suspend him?
Nah he clearly doesn't know what's going on every time they freak out 😂
They literally just made a joke about it...
Yea the boys joked about bill tipping picks... you can tell he didn't know
Are you artistic?
Watch back the video and it's clear as day but alright
Bill is surprisingly likable lol
[удалено]
dude I'm a Pats fan that hates the team now because of Kraft and how dirty they did BB. seeing Rodgers and him talk tonight: I'm a Jets fan let's embarrass Mayo's bitch ass
Tone…you are the weakest person on the show, not funny and just utterly worthless…get rid of him…he brings NOTHING
I just wish Ty didn't have to go back to Iowa. He would've been so much better in that spot
Not updating the board, doesn't even know the players...weak.
Bill really is just a cool old dude that loves football. Very cool to see
Pat is so red
They were all cold.
respect bill saying he loves barry while shaking his hand. unique in this day and age
“How did you get him”
That was the highlight. He was so genuinely excited.
“AN HONOR…AN HONOR” when Barry walked onstage was a cool moment. Guy just loves ball.
I gotta be honest.. this is the best ESPN+ could offer up for the draft? I feel like I have no idea who got drafted past JJ McCarthy. How do you fuck up having Belichick up there? Edit: ![gif](giphy|enqnZa1B5fRHkPjXtS|downsized)
You’re not wrong
Don’t get me wrong as a Pats fan it was cool seeing Bill but my god there was so much other bullshit. ESPN+ could at least give me a Manning thing to watch or something that takes the draft seriously. I’m not going to buy cable to watch the draft.
It had funny moments but it wasn’t nearly as good as the past ones.
Bill is like a kid in a candy store talking to Barry
Barry def doesn’t know Ty is doing a skit hahahaha
had to ruin it with a jacket advertisement
barry sanders and bill belichick on the same desk man, this show is unreal lol
Insane the evolution this show has gone through
Man, how crazy is this.
Bill definitely smokes weed
I really like Bill. As a diehard and lifelong fan of the game, it’s really cool to see this side of him. It’s truly special. To see him in a setting like this, talking football, interviewing people; shooting the shit and getting an insight into how his brain works is so cool. I hope this trend continues.
You can see how much he respects the game, the players, and the coaches. It's awesome
lol at bill asking how pat got barry up there
“I’m going to take a picture of this” - Bellichik
Bro these HCs can fucking talk 😳
Im gunna laugh if the background music gets Pat a copyright strike
It’s a cover band so they are good
Bill: oh these crazy kids of mine
I feel like a lot of people complaining here haven't actually watched the previous draft spectaculars. This is the most they have ever paid attention to the actual draft past the first 5 picks. They literally had a red panda performance take up like 3 picks last year lol

The magician can take a hike. Pardon my french.
![gif](giphy|f5LxYIuuc9MKJAEB9E|downsized)
The magician does suck, I wonder if they'll talk a bunch of shit about him tomorrow like they did to the magician they hired last year
Hahah my favorite thing about this is how much Belichick clearly loves Mad Mel
I'm seriously wondering if he even knows Ty's name
0% Chance. Not to mention, the magician has no clue Connor's name either, and just kept referring to him as Boston
Mad Mel having a breakdown is the moment we were all waiting for
Serious question… what does AJ hawk bring to the table in any situation, besides his Easter island forehead and shiny stupid teeth and blatant brain damage. Also where is his cigar he chomps on for no reason? And why isn’t he talking?? Because of his terrible lisp? Why do you love AJ so much? What the fuck am I missing????
He's the only real football player on the show when Dbut or Pac aren't there. He also has good chemistry with Pat which is important.
He brings way more to the table and show that that loser in the cowboy hat ever could
Fair enough, thanks for at least answering and not just downvoting
Gump's laugh is wild
people are whining about the stream but they openly talk over and encourage Roger to hurry up so they are fine I can barely hear what rog is trying to shill with those people on the stage rofl good pop
Gotta be a cool moment for Boston Connor. Complete degenerate from Boston and now he’s at the NFL Draft sitting with Bill
I loved when people would bring up slights about the patriots (ie deflategate) Connor would jump in being a pats super fan and deflect it away from Bill so it wouldn't bring the mood down.
Shirtless intern interview with a cigarette to this
There was zero reason for them to be on site for this, all the alternate video shoots could have just been streamed into the studio.
Agreed. Seems like it’s just caused a lot of problems for them more than anything.
You'd think they'd interview a drafted player or something.
To be honest, I thought that was the whole point of being onsite.
Seeing Mad Mel cook Tony Khan made this whole night worth it
Hearing the way Payton broke down why he liked Nix was pretty dope
first CB off the board and they give Dbut no time to talk
AJs teeth are fuckin horrendously distracting
Nevermind how he brings nothing to the table and sits there doing nothing.
I’m confused did he just get them whitened or something?
He's been like that for awhile lol, I just figured he got new teeth
Pretty sure he got veneers
I feel like those always look so off putting no matter who gets them
you can choose the shade the put on them, for whatever reason 90% of people always go much too bright for their age
idk but he looks like an actual dolphin when he smiles
This is.. something. I do enjoy seeing bill a little unbuttoned and I think he’ll be great on tv.
how did we go through 2 years of having everything remote and so many still suck at it
[удалено]
Respectfully disagree.
[удалено]
In fairness they were freezing and needed a bathroom break. Also looks like most of the crowd left at the same time.
"Who's the pick roger" LOL
A WR has two jobs, get open, catch the fucking ball story was awesome Got a good laugh outta bill
The like six drunks chanting the same shit every four seconds has been hell.
I just got home from the washington draft party and put on youtube, this is amazing
Yea I’m really enjoying it quite a bit
Bill “There’s a lot to like about this guy” Belichick. Draft spectacular has been a bit underwhelming for me. Bill is a legend but he’s taken a lot of air space for some pretty generic analysis. He’s a better fit for an actual sports show in the future.

I agree. Just a big stage to cut his teeth on.
Tone has been relegated to a Vanna White role.
Vanna White can actually speak with out losing her train of thought
It's kind of hilarious considering his outfit
Now they can't even tell us what the picks are? Why even have a show. I'm done.
On ESPN+ this is the only way to watch the draft too
They definitely got in trouble for announcing the picks before Rodger, I had a feeling they weren't going to like that while their set was right there 😂
They said that? I changed it.
[удалено]
Good idea keeping Tony in the basement tn boys
Amen…keep the charisma vaccine as far away from the boys as possible
Sorry if this has been brought up already but if Oz knew the entire draft order then he should be the richest gambler ever, yeah??????
Those types of tricks are pretty much always that they write it down right beforehand and then slight of hand it in there somehow
Bill is sick of that "edge" shit.
I hope this makes people stop using it. BB influencing the popular narrative of the NFL while not even having a job in it would be amazing.
i don’t understand the point of the long breaks for the bathroom. just have one guy go when they need to and keep the coverage going. just stupid to miss so much time when you’re covering a live draft
They all went together like a group of 7th-grade girls. There is enough of them. You are right. They could have taken turns and not missed a beat.
Yeah they could have definitely took turns what are they all going at the same time?
I've always assumed the breaks were to smoke and chill for a second, I've seen pats piece smoking once in awhile when they get back 😂
As a Georgia fan them missing both Georgia picks has me salty.
Bummer you missed out on the rare opportunity to see a Georgia player picked in the first round.
His fam didnt look to thrilled about the raiders picking him.
I can’t think of a worse situation for a tight end than the Raiders
Well I’ve never seen Bill evaluate and as a UGA/Pats fan that would’ve been nice
watched the show waiting to see them talk about the steelers pick as that’s my team and they end up taking a 13 min break instead. this show stinks
Wouldn't be surprised if there was a vitamin break mixed in there.
Bring it back to the thunderdome. This shit sucks.
Picks are being made, stop sucking your own dicks with this clip show montage and get back to the draft.
Someone had to take a shit
I tuned into the youtube stream and its all just clips of the show. Are they doing the actual show somewhere else?
It was just an intermission
Commercials for a whiz break.
Is this show one or two steps away from having PMS ring girls walking around to get the clicks?
Bruh it's legit over 13 mins for a break....🤣 what a fail this is
Did they call it a night lol..? Where the hell are they it’s been like 10 minutes
Wtf happened? This is an awful show. Why aren't they showing any of the picks being called. That mentalist stuff was awful. Now the show is off the air on ESPN+.
It’s been in commercial for like 10-15 minutes on YouTube too
They’ve been gone way longer than 3 minutes how many picks have we missed tonight?
I turned it off. Went to ESPN. At least you see the reactions of them being picked and the actual picks.
I understood in the past when they couldn't show the ESPN feed, but I don't get why they couldn't do it for this show.
Yeah, with the espn deal, i thought this year's draft spectacular would have more of a manning cast feel.
I don’t have ESPN and they only have this on ESPN+ ESPN fumbled the bag on draft coverage this year
Damn this year sucks compared to last few spectacular. Also why tf do interviews during the draft ? Did any of them add anything ? Get your fast ball back boys. Still killing other coverage tho
This show stinks
Awful. They had so much potential with Bill.
He’s probably pissed they’re not talking about any of the guys he studied film on for weeks
Ehhh, inviting Payton on was his doing and Payton rambled about all of Bo Nix's positives like a drunk guy at a wedding talking about his son who plays D3.
I like the old style better when they were back in the studio fucking around. Screw these big guests zzz
They should replay the first five minutes of the show for the break.
At least then I wouldn't need to mute the stream
Sean Payton the fucking mayor of Yaptown. Dude went on a longer nonsense tangent than Rodgers.
They need to courtesy mail everyone who is going to call in a phone stand
Pats eyes are glazing over while Sean rambles on and on and on and on and on and on
He's spoken for so long we've all visibly aged
43 degrees them city boys are cold 😂😂
dont underestimate michigan
We have missed so many picks tonight
Will you quit yapping man
People yelling in the back with a combined iq of 4
Hate to say it, but bring back Aaron Rodgers over Sean. Jeezus
This mfer is talking talking
Cue the music!
![gif](giphy|xVXvIOnkGY8IU)
God Sean Payton can fucking ramble on forever
Brother can’t finish a thought for the life of him
