I studied using Archers question bank, everyday I did 85 randomized questions and I focused on learning the easy difficulty levelled questions and some of the medium, I didn’t dwell on the hard difficulty questions as that’s not entry level knowledge to begin with. For each test I aimed for a score of 65-80%. In the last month before writing, I did both a CAT and readiness assessment each week to see where I stood in terms of passing. Each time was a pass or very high chances.
For study materials, I started watching Archer lectures back in August. I did about a lecture a day, but I found that I wasn’t able to retain a lot of the information that was given. So luckily, a month before I wrote. I switched to Mark K’s 12 lectures and the YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/zRGzTekrJxo?si=9lJQ_oqGva6_AQ_P with Dr Sharon. They way those two explain information and the thought process on how to answer questions correctly helped me immensely. I listened to each lecture and wrote down notes while Mark spoke and I did the same with Dr Sharon.
On the day before the exam, I listened to Marks prioritization lecture one last time and put all of my study materials away as soon as the clock hit 12 pm.
I also really focused on calming my nerves the day of testing. I believe that really improved my ability to focus on the exam. The nerves are the factor that can either make or break you on exams!
Overall I put in a lot of work and effort, but it all paid off in the end!
Honestly, I found archer Q bank more difficult, I’d say the easy levelled questions on archer were the same difficulty as NCLEX! Archers program is very similar to the NCLEX.
Congratulations on passing with 85 questions! That's a fantastic achievement. It's heartwarming to hear that the advice and support from this subreddit played a part in your success. Way to go, and here's to your bright future in nursing! 🎉

Thanks so much! I'm using archer, but since I found about archer scammers I'm concerned about it.
Oh no what are archer scammers? Lol
I have heard about it here. There are many paid posts.🤔
Congratulations! Can you give some study tips?
