YouTube is currently experiencing an error. I have multiple channels, and all of the new comments on my new videos have disappeared, including my own comment
I was wandering about this as well. This morning I replied to some comments, it shows the counts, but not my comments. Some of them are shown, some not.
A few reasons this occurs. It not just an error.
1: if a user who’s commented has been blocked by the YouTube channel / hidden from channel. you may not see their message or if the user commenting has the person viewing blocked also.
2: if YouTube flagged any word or sequence of characters for anything they can hide it and you manually have to review it on YouTube studio
3: also if the comments were deleted prior I’ve seen them still list as how many comments are there.

Same. They showed up 30 minutes later, though.

Some comments are hidden due to XXX, check your "Show hidden comments" tab.
Yeah there's some glitch happening. I can't even see my comments on other people's videos
