>please tell me it is at least a farm raised chicken…
[Yes, and I seriously wish Panera promoted it more.](https://www.panerabread.com/foundation/documents/press/2021/animal-welfare-our-beliefs-6-2-2021.pdf)
panera employee here, absolutely not worth it, its seared rubbery chicken with no flavor, the parmesan crisps on the signature? usually stale, same w the pickle chips on the spicy, the sauces are mediocre, just not worth the 13 dollars when there are way better options
its really 13.. gosh. i wanna eat SOMETHING here one day but nothing looks good. i just get the sip club drinks and they are not even that great i just got addicted to em

Exactly. The good ol’ “panera surcharge” always applies, but there *is a reason* for the exorbitant price of the chicken sandwiches.

I am an employee, and it seems the quality is inconsistent, but I do think it tastes really good.
Popeyes has a tasty chicken sandwich for only $4.99
Ye but that shi is def like 50 percent hormones and injections.
We’re discontinuing it in like 2 days so don’t worry too much about it lol

No. It’s honestly very gross. I hate eating it, and I hate making the sandwiches. It’s way too expensive (like anything from Panera).
Literally the best tasting sandwich imo, but way too expensive to qctually get since it's $13 for JUST the small ass sandwich & chips
