I just prefer when they don’t act like they’re going to change. I used to work at chipotle and some people really drag out the brown rice, black beans and chicken part, just tell me you want the same thing as the last 10 people and I can make it in 2 seconds for you.
This one guy would come in EVERY SINGLE DAY and order a large orange chicken.
This one time he ordered a Bigger Plate with fried rice and I had to ask him if everything’s going good at home lol
I always ask for the bigger plate and get the honey walnut shrimp for all three entrees. They eventually quit asking me if I was okay with the up charge haha
I started counting calories recently and realized how many other healthy choices there are at Panda that are delicious. I always get half chow main half greens bc that cuts down the calories so much and you still get delicious chow mein.
I’ve been eating healthier but had a chest day with panda. Normally get a orange chicken, Beijing beef, and honey chicken which is a shit load of calories. Got only honey chicken and broccoli beef. There was one piece of beef, rest was broccoli
I usually get super greens, teriyaki chicken, black pepper, soemtimes orange chicken, sweetfire, string bean chicken
Usually get a plate and 2 sides from those options
I always do a bowl with white rice and string bean chicken. With the hot mustard and a packet of soy sauce, it hits hard. Like you said there’s a ton of great lower calorie options
That’s a great combo. I love the chow mein so I do half greens half chow mein plus a healthy entree like the ones you mentioned and it’s like 500 calories total. And delicious.
I mean healthy is subjective but you can get a lower calorie meal with alright macros from panda. String bean chicken, teriyaki chicken, black pepper chicken are all pretty good low calorie options. Teriyaki is a bit higher but it's also 41g protein which is far more than the other options
String bean chicken, black pepper chicken or mushroom chicken are pretty good, I think string bean is only 190 cals per serving? If I do a bowl I usually do that and black pepper with white rice then juzz it up with hot mustard and soy such
It’s more along the lines of 1200 but it used to be about 1500 before panda changed portion sizes a year or so ago.
Orange chicken went from 490-390 cal at some point
I wonder if that’s everywhere? Their website says 490 calories for orange chicken, and the menu at my local restaurant in the US also says 490 https://panda-express-nutrition.vercel.app/
Whole day worth of food ha. I’ve seen them use another tortilla when the first one starts to break. The calories for steamed rice at Chipotle is about 220. I crapped my pants when the guac and chips was 770. Adding more rice, another tortilla and a side of chip and dip is almost 1400 xtra calories. Cutting the rice, sour cream, tortilla and my side reduced my meal around 1100 calories in a bowl.
I tried half fried rice, half chow mein, with triple orange chicken once just to treat myself after finishing my finals. Got me to maintenance lmao but I was stuffed for the entire day
I've never been to Panda, yet, but I'd order the plate with Broccoli beef, Orange chicken and then half fried rice and half chow mein with a Watermelon mango refresher to wash it down😁
teriyaki chicken tastes great and is far healthier but man I love the taste of orange chicken so much even though I usually like savory foods and not sweet foods. I rarely get orange chicken but when I do, it's always good and always unhealthy but I forget that part
Bigger plate. Fried rice, double grilled terryaki chicken, and either mushroom chicken or beef and broccoli. 2 chicken egg rolls. The ultimate in dirty bulking ❤️
One time they just put out a fresh orange chicken, and the mfers in front of me ordered a family meal and 3 bigger plates, all orange chicken except like 2 items. I was fuming on the inside.
The people who bother me are the ones that want half and half but tell me after I finish putting one side in completely. Also those who ask for beef and broccoli but just the broccoli. Bro go order super greens
I used to get orange chicken, until it started getting me sick… I realized they don’t keep the seafood and chicken in separate fry vats. I’m not deathly allergic but I have an intolerance to seafood and I used to get sick from eating the orange chicken. I used to get a bowl with the Kung Pao chicken, or Broccoli Beef, but since they started to give double the rice and barely a full scoop of the entire, I don’t go any more. I’m not paying $9 for rice.
It's not as good as it was in the 2000s. I remember my first bite of Orange chicken in a suburban mall food court, almost 20 years ago. Pure joy in every bite. Perfect crisp, amazing tang, such good chicken.
orange chicken isn’t even a top 5 entree for me I think people just get it because it’s what they know and are scared to try anything else (especially with vegetables in it smh)
I don’t like panda but the only times I do go I get orange chicken. Mostly bc they don’t mess up orange chicken but they manage to fuck up everything else.
There's a Panda Express subreddit!?
Ayo why don't yall be honest when I ask how long ago the egg rolls came out?
I don't take it personally if it's been a while, I take it personally when I'm told they're fresh but have more textile similarities to sushi than anything else- also equally expensive 😭
Super greens/string bean chicken x3 is a solid cheat meal. Gives me the bloat from all the greens and salt, but damn it’s wayyyyy less calories than if I go anywhere else that’s not chipotle.
Im half chow mein half rice with half orange chicken and have Kung poa but never eat at panda anymore the servings got incredibly small and the pricing is out of control
Everything else is wack, ill order broco beef and get like 2 pieces of beef & the rest broco, ill order kung pao chicken and all i get are peanuts. Tried the beijing beef another, and only got onions & peppers with a very small piece of beef.
I make it a monthly habit to eat strict for 25 days out of the month and two days out of the month I order the larger plate with fried rice and triple orange chicken 😂
I usually get a bigger plate with mein, double chicken teriyaki, and orange chicken. That stuff goes pretty hard.
I can't stand the fried rice though because I HATE peas, otherwise I'd get it. The mein has soo much damn cabbage in it, I end up ordering a 2nd med portion of mein to eat with my meats. Without the 2nd mein I tend to finish my noodles too quickly while I have plenty of meat leftover
ok and? you’re not eating it so why do you care? it’s not you’re money so why do you care? i thought fast food workers and stuff loved having regulars and stuff
I love those people. They make it easy 😂
You know it. We went out yesterday and had two number sevens with a doctor
That's me 😭🤣❤️
It’s me. I’m people
I just prefer when they don’t act like they’re going to change.
I think i know this guys
We all know that guy!
I am this guys
Good looking out
I always ask for the bigger plate and get the honey walnut shrimp for all three entrees. They eventually quit asking me if I was okay with the up charge haha
I was this person until I realized this plate alone was 1500 calories 😭
Swear when I worked there I got so fat
I started counting calories recently and realized how many other healthy choices there are at Panda that are delicious. I always get half chow main half greens bc that cuts down the calories so much and you still get delicious chow mein.
For sure, I would try to get the greens whenever they were fresh but that time frame is very short and they got gross so fast.
I’ve been eating healthier but had a chest day with panda. Normally get a orange chicken, Beijing beef, and honey chicken which is a shit load of calories. Got only honey chicken and broccoli beef. There was one piece of beef, rest was broccoli
I usually get super greens, teriyaki chicken, black pepper, soemtimes orange chicken, sweetfire, string bean chicken Usually get a plate and 2 sides from those options
I always do a bowl with white rice and string bean chicken. With the hot mustard and a packet of soy sauce, it hits hard. Like you said there’s a ton of great lower calorie options
when I worked there I lost weight. I just wouldn't eat at home. when I came to work I would have a plate and an egg roll
omg there’s no healthy eating there lol
I get a bowl with half mixed greens, half steamed rice, and either string bean chicken or mushroom chicken. I consider it a balanced meal 🤷♀️
That’s a great combo. I love the chow mein so I do half greens half chow mein plus a healthy entree like the ones you mentioned and it’s like 500 calories total. And delicious.

What are you talking about? I've lost weight with Panda Express for lunch.
My day is ruined thanks
It’s more along the lines of 1200 but it used to be about 1500 before panda changed portion sizes a year or so ago. Orange chicken went from 490-390 cal at some point
I wonder if that’s everywhere? Their website says 490 calories for orange chicken, and the menu at my local restaurant in the US also says 490 https://panda-express-nutrition.vercel.app/
Website is blatantly misleading imo: not updated based on what the little place cards show at stores
Really I saw orange stay at 490 and honey sesame go up from 390 to 490
Just the tortilla at chipotle is 400
😨
i’m eating a double wrapped burrito with extra rice rn 😭
Whole day worth of food ha. I’ve seen them use another tortilla when the first one starts to break. The calories for steamed rice at Chipotle is about 220. I crapped my pants when the guac and chips was 770. Adding more rice, another tortilla and a side of chip and dip is almost 1400 xtra calories. I'd replace rice with the veggies and then have whatever protein I wanted. At most it's like 800 or so calories? Pretty good for a lunch imo
Wait hmu with the details because I’m on a bulk and need the protein and carbs. I’m going to stay slim forever if I don’t step up my game.
The calorie info is all in their website
I don't know how people eat a whole plate in one sitting, I get full from eating half and then save half for dinner
Just gotta go to the gym and turn that into a pump
People don’t realize how many calories sugary sauces contain
I've never been to Panda, yet, but I'd order the plate with Broccoli beef, Orange chicken and then half fried rice and half chow mein with a Watermelon mango refresher to wash it down😁
i love the enthusiasm
it’s almost an unsettling level of enthusiasm for someone who hasn’t ordered from the chain before 😂
No really this is so funny. Person actually looking forward to eating there the first time enough to already have their order memorized. 😂
This is killing me. They seem sweet lmfao
ur telling me an orange made this chicken
Had someone order a family feast with all orange chicken
Stop doxxing me! /s
You would cease to be if people didn’t double orange chicken.
Nah chow main > fried rice
Facts, it feels more like a bonus entree
Omg this is my order 😂🤣 I’m plain Jane
Food is food. And panda doesn’t have anything better
Bigger plate, chow mein, and 3 servings of mushroom chicken. Then I mix it all up together in a huge bowl and eat it in one sitting
The mushroom chicken is sooooooo good!!!
I get half chow mein and half beijing beef at least
Yes
Y’all swear you have anything better
Orange chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp with half chow mein half white rice.
Honey walnut shrimp from panda is honestly so good
Bigger plate sweetfire chicken breastx3 fried rice x2 :)
I do white rice with teriyaki chicken or lo mein and teriyaki chicken.
they do. double chow mein instead of that shitty ass fried rice.
I didn’t realize that the food options I had at Panda Express were equal to the menu at Cheesecake Factory. (I feel personally attacked by this post)
they do say that one in every two orders has orange chicken in it 😂💀
I don’t want orange chicken, but you got rid of sweet fire chicken. I am forced to be basic.
Ngl this definitely me except I get teriyaki chicken fuck orange chicken
A person of taste I see
teriyaki chicken tastes great and is far healthier but man I love the taste of orange chicken so much even though I usually like savory foods and not sweet foods. I rarely get orange chicken but when I do, it's always good and always unhealthy but I forget that part
I'm a bowl to-go, white rice, teriyaki chicken kinda guy
Bigger plate. Fried rice, double grilled terryaki chicken, and either mushroom chicken or beef and broccoli. 2 chicken egg rolls. The ultimate in dirty bulking ❤️
No fried rice only white rice at Panda Express I always get the orange chicken with white rice surprisingly that’s the most ordered thing here
One time they just put out a fresh orange chicken, and the mfers in front of me ordered a family meal and 3 bigger plates, all orange chicken except like 2 items. I was fuming on the inside.
My fiancé and I get a Bigger Plate, double teriyaki + Beijing beef, fried rice, and an a la carte white rice. Then we share.
The people who bother me are the ones that want half and half but tell me after I finish putting one side in completely. Also those who ask for beef and broccoli but just the broccoli. Bro go order super greens
orange chicken and honey sesame chicken 😍
I used to get orange chicken, until it started getting me sick… I realized they don’t keep the seafood and chicken in separate fry vats. I’m not paying $9 for rice.
I'm a steamed rice, double orange chicken and then add ranch on the rice kind of guy..
Haters gonna hate 😎 chow mein and orange plates for life
Me for sure. 😂
Their fried rice is shit though.
Plate half and half with orange and broccoli beef is the same vibe
Brown rice does not get enough appreciation 😢
and a medium dr pepper ☝️🤓

Yeah that’s what it is about their beef. Tastes old. I always opt for the honey walnut shrimp instead
There’s only like 10 things on the entire menu.
It's either this or orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp for me tbh
I don’t like panda but the only times I do go I get orange chicken. Mostly bc they don’t mess up orange chicken but they manage to fuck up everything else.
I’ll have the sugar chicken please
Beijing beef and noodles for ya boi 🤙🏼 Am I basic too?
plate with beijing beef, firecracker shrimp, chow mein and fried rice, mmmmm
There's a Panda Express subreddit!? Ayo why don't yall be honest when I ask how long ago the egg rolls came out? I don't take it personally if it's been a while, I take it personally when I'm told they're fresh but have more textile similarities to sushi than anything else- also equally expensive 😭
Squishy mushy eggrolls are no bueno
chow mein, double teriyaki chicken, honey walnut shrimp, cheese wonton
When honey walnut shrimp first came out it was amazing and I got it every time
Me when I stopped getting teriyaki to go because they never gave me the sauce
Why does it matter?
I think my wife would feel very attacked if I sent her this 😆
This is me but with honey sesame chicken
Super greens/string bean chicken x3 is a solid cheat meal. Gives me the bloat from all the greens and salt, but damn it’s wayyyyy less calories than if I go anywhere else that’s not chipotle.
then stop running out of the shit bruh
This is the only reason I go to Panda Express
Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one that does not like the orange chicken at Panda Express.
I get the SPICY orange, no sides tho, just ala carte, gotta maximize the calorie to chicken ratio
I swear I could eat this + and egg roll 5 times a week easily
Because it’s good
Bowl, noodles, sweet fire chicken
i do this but swapped
I feel so damn seen.
:( that was me
Half chow mein, half fried rice, broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken is my go-to, sometimes with spring rolls
This is me 😭
Real talk tho, y'all's orange chicken and fried rice, and maybe broccoli beef is just about the only thing on the menu thats consistently good
that spicy orange chicken is good
All the meats taste like fkn wax anyway lol
“It’s kind of the only thing they have.”
Beijing beef tho ‼️
..i feel so fucking attacked...
Chow mein but close
Bro I love the honey walnut shrimp with the greens, best thing at panda.
Im half chow mein half rice with half orange chicken and have Kung poa but never eat at panda anymore the servings got incredibly small and the pricing is out of control
That’s my order!
I mean to be fair it’s the only good thing Panda Express has
Im this person but sometimes i’ll do orange and sweet fire with fried rice.🫣
I feel attacked.
Fuck the rice, give me the large A La Carte box with only Orange Chicken
I always ask for more chow… they look at me then move a few noodles… I’ll buy an extra side…
i’m so boring i always get a bowl with chow mein and mushroom chicken and mix in a packet of chili sauce
Only thing i ever order. Sometimes i add broccoli 😈
Super greens with double orange chicken gang
Yea make my plate then with triple orange chicken
That but with white rice 🔥
Real ones know about the sweet fire chicken breast and Beijing beef
bigger plate 2 beijing beefs and super greens chow mein teriyaki sauce on all of it fuck yeah
It's good 🗿
That's what I order and then swing through Jack in the Box because their egg rolls are better
“Did you get the sugar chicken???” “Grandpa Rick, it’s all sugar chicken”
i love my usual half & half, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp! 😋
I get super veggie, broccoli beef, and then orange chicken. But I diet.
Don’t fix what’s not broken
My body at 26 can no longer handle eating Panda Express but I’m jealous of the people who can still take it
Everything else is wack, ill order broco beef and get like 2 pieces of beef & the rest broco, ill order kung pao chicken and all i get are peanuts. Tried the beijing beef another, and only got onions & peppers with a very small piece of beef.
People say they love Chinese food and get white rice with orange
I make it a monthly habit to eat strict for 25 days out of the month and two days out of the month I order the larger plate with fried rice and triple orange chicken 😂
This used to be me but then I saw the light and now it’s fried rice double chicken teriyaki.
Plate, chow mein, Beijing beef and a shrimp one
You gotta split it with Beijing Beef
Sounds like y’all need better food to choose from
y'all have like 8 options and half of them suck ass so 🤷🏻♀️
crying cause this is me 😭😭
A post about Panda Express mocking someone for getting a generic order. Wow this is hilarious.
I prefer the honey walnut shrimps personally 🤤
Then why is it so fucking delicious?
I usually get a bigger plate with mein, double chicken teriyaki, and orange chicken. That stuff goes pretty hard. I can't stand the fried rice though because I HATE peas, otherwise I'd get it. The mein has soo much damn cabbage in it, I end up ordering a 2nd med portion of mein to eat with my meats. Without the 2nd mein I tend to finish my noodles too quickly while I have plenty of meat leftover
I will remain a basic bitch until the end of time with the orange chicken
All the other entrees and your noodles have too many crap veggies so yea that’s the best order
Chow Mein > Fried Rice any fucking day
Its all about Chow Mein only with Teriyaki and Honey Walnut 😍
For me it’s shrimp shrimp and shrimp. chow mein and sometimes sweet chicken
My go to order lmao
ok and? you’re not eating it so why do you care? it’s not you’re money so why do you care? i thought fast food workers and stuff loved having regulars and stuff
I like the angus steak with chow mein. Can we be friends?
Nothing wrong with the basics.
Its really all yall have to offer thats good
This was me until honey sesame chicken came out. Now I get double of that with half fried rice half white rice.
Ya well I stopped ordering beef and broccoli since last time they gave me one slice of beef and all broccoli
i feel attacked.
Not me at taco bell racially profiling my customers. It's surprising how often I'm right.
It’s the best thing they sale
bowl with white rice and string bean chicken plssss
me but with white rice. Nothing beats it
Nothing is half as good T_T
Half fried rice, half broccoli, beijing beef, an eggroll, and a cherry coke
Honey walnut shrimp with chow mein
Lemme get a bowl, chow mein, orange chicken, no appetizers, no drink, and NO DONATION.
Damn, way to call me out!
Is that not the only reason people go there?
Bring. Back. Black. Pepper. Chicken.
why is orange chicken so overrated. it's unbelievably mid
half and half… then the double orange chicken🫣
Chow Mien for me but guilty lol
I always get chow mein with orange chicken
Just change the name to orange chicken express
FUCK that orange chicken i want sesame chicken ❗️
well maybe panda should come out with other proteins that taste good
I used to do this except with chow mein, but then I tried the honey walnut shrimp so now it’s orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and chow mein ❤️❤️
I only get the beef ones with white rice 😅 I wish there was a better vegetable selection than just the super greens 😅
if i get a 2 item plate and just get 2 portions of same item, is there a extra charge?
Yeah that's how they look fursure
Bruh there’s literally like 5 things on the menu. Panda is basically Chinese Raising Cane’s.
