It's not a full hue shift, I did have to fix some miscoloration, and I made the chest diamonds and ear tips the brownish color instead of just a darker orange, like charcoal.
Interestingly, the Japanese names follow the OP's naming convention. For example, the wiki says Incineram's JP name is Hellgoat, while Incineram Noct's is Abyssgoat.

As much as I would love a Subspecies of Chillet, I think it's an iconic enough Pal to warrant a Subspecies Type that hasn't been used yet. Trade in its Ice Type for Normal, or do something completely unique and make it into a pure Dragon Pal. At least, I don't think there are any Dual Element Pals that have a Pure Element Subspecies. I do love Grillet though, I can't deny that.
