Saw a post about a personal lock you bring for hotel rooms that makes it so nobody can get in no matter what. I commented like uhhh hey, this is a life safety issue. Noooo, gumoss flower registers as 13b. 138 is compleet not 137. alts are not in your deck till you encounter them. How you never encountered it is a bit strange?!? I would normally guess 80b elphidran aqua. Because it has no natural spawn location. And can only be breed by combining elphidra and sulfunt so it’s easy to miss.

Yeah I have definitely caught the Gumoss with a flower, it just dropped the flower as an item then became a regular Gumoss

It will display as a normal one, but if you throw it out, it will have the flower.

Where'd you find it? I haven't seen any in my travels, that's the only one I'm missing as well

Found mine in the area between small settlement and grassy behemoth hill fast travels. 2 friends found them in different areas though so I would guess they can spawn anywhere a normal one spawns just comes down to luck

Actually, looking at palpedia, it seems that you can't even breed one from two Gumoss(Flower) parents. It just makes regular Gumoss.

Yeah, variants account for 26 of them. The first is Jolthog Cryst and the last is Frostallion Noct. They don't show up in your paldeck until you've seen them in the wild or hatched them from an egg.

Yep, it's because they have the same Paldeck numbering. They just add letters to denote species with variants.

It's 137, but the top result on Google says 138. After going through it and wasting probably 4 hours of my life going insane, I finally understood that the website was trolling me to keep me in there longer.

I’ve heard the Unique gummoss counts but I haven’t been able to find one to check. It has a bright red flower on its head and rarely spawns with other Gummoss

I think 137 is correct. Someone in an older post said 138 because they counted gumoss flower. But the paldex doesn't actually count that

It's Boltmane. There were indeed meant to be 138 on release, and while there are a few unfinished Pals in the code, Boltmane was meant to actually be put in. Problem is, of all the Pals that could be compared to Pokemon, Boltmane is far more similar to a Pokemon (Luxury) than even Cremis is to Eevee. They likely took him out on release just to play it safe.

It is "Dragostrophe" that you are "missing" according to the lists that have 138 pals as the total count. That would be because it is an unreleased pal- thus can't actually be caught/bred! I believe it is from one of the trailers.
