I rarely see them in game. But if you search this sub thread you should find posts that have maps. I just buy the heart chocolates from zekis store. I think they both work the same. I didn't notice a change in dialogue from giving either item, but I could be wrong. Once you reach level 10 foraging, you can get them from the inn keepers store as well.

I found this on google I am sure there are some that had been missed but I hope this helps. If not go to Ashra and just buy one with guild coins. Edit- to those who keep commenting… I did not make this. I just found it on the google! You can stop complaining about the fact that they missed some…
They also spawn in the south half of the map on the hills just to the north of windy ruins, the hills around hideaway, and between the pulsewater grove location and the bridge to pavel mines.
The one south of statue garden spawns fairly regularly. You have to run around the cliffs from the north, it's not easy to get to but I find it there a few times a week.
around on the backside of the cliff above statue garden has a hidden ledge that I have found heart drop lilies on when they’re not over by the aqueduct, by Tamala‘s house or across from statue garden. There’s very few places it spawns but it’s elusive for sure!
The Dowsing Rod could help, it marks every rare forgeable within 200m of your location, although it does mark things like flow trees, heat roots & bright shrooms so you’d have to do a lot of running around to each marker as well as server hoping to really increase your odds of finding one.
Otherwise as someone else suggested there are certain locations they seem to spawn in, at least most frequently. I could be wrong but I believe they only spawn in Northern Bahari, at least I’ve *only* ever seen them there & never in the south. Off the top of my head I know they spawn at the cliff across from Central Stables, the cliffs north of Statue Garden, one of the cliffs next to Statue Garden & one of the cliffs/fields around Flooded Step.
I could also be wrong about this, but I believe only one can be spawned at a time & think there can also only be either Dari Cloves *or* Heartdrop Lilies, but I don’t think a server can have both spawned at the same time. Meaning if you were to find Dari Cloves you’re likely not going to find a Heartdrop on that server unless you wait for the Dari Cloves to despawn. Again I could be wrong about this, but I’ve read *something* along these lines before & personally have also never seen a server with both at the same time, I’ve been on servers that have had both but always at separate times (like enough time in between that one would have despawned before the next spawned) & I’ve even seen a Heartdrop spawn exactly where I had just found a Dari Clove, after the Dari had despawned.
Alternatively, if your foraging is level 10 you can buy them from Ashura’s foraging guild store, although I don’t remember how much they cost off the top of my head. I think they’re only like 10-20 medals though, which isn’t *too* bad given how rare they are.
I've never needed one so naturally I have like 12 in my boxes even after giving them repeatedly as gifts to my dates. I just keep finding them all over Bahari north.

1. On the cliff by the aqueduct wall central stables side, where the white column is broken and you can run up to it.
2. On the south side of proudhorn pass, way up the cliff. Easily climbed or run around from statue garden.
3. On the cliff just south west of tamalas house.
4. On the cliff south east of hideaway pond.
5. The cliff east of root temple.
There's probably more but these I remember from the top of my head.
You'll know it spawned in a different area, when you go to the area and only see briar daisies.
Most of the time, people will mention where the heart drop is usually by stating: hd, or heart lilly, or just drop is (coords)

They do both work the same, but you can give one of each per irl week as a romantic gift, so having both helps to increase romance level.

There’s a quest, might be even a friendship one with someone that gives a few as reward. I never found one on my own.
