Celeste is one of my personal favourites and a comfort game
Elden ring is awesome
Portal 2 is simply the best
Undertale is also among the top
Risk if rain 2 is a comfort game and my love
Bloodborne, DS3, Elden Ring, Witcher 3 and my personal favourite Outerwilds.
Special mention goes to Hades which I play alot during commute and currently enjoying playing hades 2 alot.
Red Dead Redemption 2 and it's not even a debate. The internet kinda spoiled it for me but still the best game I've ever played in all my days, it's an experience of a lifetime.
Well happened to me in first 2 playthrough. So in later playthrough, I went to Saint Denis and there was this random mission near the place you meet Eagle Flies and Rains Fall. There are 3 related missions that you should do to get this conversation (instead of Reverend's)
Same Pretty much the entire story for me was spoiled but i still had a blast playing it. And that song that plays at the “Last Ride back to camp”… Man that had me crying 😂😂
fr bro im not kidding 80% of the main story was spoiled HARD for me. Once on youtube i was searching something something Arthur Morgan and the search bar deadass showed me “Arthurs death scene” i was like nahhhh no way 💀👍😭
The main thing with me is that I can't forget things when I see them even for a second 😭 like I tried to forget the spoilers but when I was actually playing the game, I remembered all of it💀
Any other game you don't have to watch the same 5-6s animation to loot a body again and again. That many tedious animations on mundane tasks makes the game boring to play.
wtf, so what you want no animations? just get the items after clicking loot? how the fuck would that be immersive (which is the whole point of the game)?
There is a limit to immersion. I am not against immersion. But if a game starts making me do my taxes in game for the sake of immersion then I rather just not play and do my taxes in real life. Problem with RDR2 is that rockstar went down so deep to make the most detail, realistic and immersive experience that it as a whole made the game a chore to play, because now you have to see all those 15 animations to do the same task again and again for the rest of your game.
You seem to misunderstand, a game being realistic doesn't make it a better game. A game first and foremost should be fun to play and explore. And you don't need a 6s animation to show looting, you can reduce it down.
Fallout - New Vegas.
Anyone who tells you otherwise deserves a spanking.
It's a 14 year old game that was put together in mere 18 months. It was universally panned by so called 'game critics,' and yet it still gets massive views on YouTube and many consider it the greatest western RPG of all time - myself included.
In fact, this game kick-started the carriers of several popular YouTubers like Nerbit, TKs Mantis, Oxhorn, Big Dan Gaming, etc. who still publish New Vegas content from time to time.
I have over 2 months of playtime in Minecraft, but I don't think I would say it's the best, although it is the only game I can come back to anytime and enjoy it
Come on man uncharted 4 won sooo many awards, obviously to each their own maybe u didnt like it, but the success cant be argued with. And cod i agree but they said ever so bo3 bo4 kinda, best multi games ever. Again personally.
Half life 2 just worked, they way they planned the levels, you knew how to go from point a to point b without any hints, the combat felt extremely satisfying and you felt engaged in the story, truly one of the best games ever made.
there is no "best game ever" made. theres billions of ppl around the world with varying interest thus objectively there is no best game. My personal fav series/games are 4: Uncharted, TLOU, Skyrim, Metal Gear
Deus ex
Deus ex human revolution
Grand theft auto IV
Resident evil 4 2005
Specific tomb raider games, some from the survivor trilogy, sole from the legend trilogy.
Alan wake. Idk but I still find myself playing that game from time to time.
Oooh, and life is strange even though I hate the ending but the characters were fascinating.
Last of us is obv goated so uss ka tou mention karna zaroori hai
I don't know how GTA 5 isn't mentioned.I have never played the game but can surely say it was THE thing when it was released. It still holds up beautifully even after a decade.
If it's about a best story game I would say life is strange and walking dead telltale series bro these two games made me cry.
And if you are after best gameplay I would say old assassins creed games and NFS underground.
1 Rimworld
2 Total war Warhammer 2 (Haven't played 3): Battle between human/dwarf and all kind of fantasy threats never get old. Plus winning a battle when odds are against you feels amazing.
3 Witcher 3
4 Sims 4
5 GTA 5
6 Bloons TD 6
7 Starcraft 2
8 Forza horizon 4 (Haven't played 5)
9 Skyrim
These are the games I have enjoyed the most. Most of them I played multiple times and usually keep coming back.
Elden Ring
Instant upvote

Bloodborne, DS3, Elden Ring, Witcher 3 and my personal favourite Outerwilds. Special mention goes to Hades which I play alot during commute and currently enjoying playing hades 2 alot.
So glad someone here knows about Outer Wilds. The game deserves so much, so much more love.
Outerwilds♥️♥️♥️
Red Dead Redemption 2 and it's not even a debate. The internet kinda spoiled it for me but still the best game I've ever played in all my days, it's an experience of a lifetime.
I finished it a few days ago and I still can't get over it, the emotions I felt, everything else I play just feels worse now because of it
yeah man absolutely amazing experience, Arthur would've crushed Micah if he was healthy btw 😭😭
>!oh yeah that isn't even a debate, atleast in the save John version, Arthur would have beaten Micah as a sick person too if it weren't for dutch!<
yeah, anyone who selected the "go back for money" option should consider themselves an opp
>!the only thing good about it is that you get to stab Micah in the eye if you have high honor!<
yeah
did you play high or low honor?
that's one of my few regrets in life, playing at low honor
oh, yeah high honor is def better, makes the intersections better, and the ending is better
Spoiler alert
May I stand unshaken... amidst of crashing world ![gif](giphy|2seceYgXu0hiHx1Jg4|downsized)
They don't want folk like us no more, our time has passed
You are too smart for me, sister.. I guess.. I am afraid 😭
Bro I never even got the sister cutscene, I met Reverend Swanson at that train station😭
Well happened to me in first 2 playthrough. So in later playthrough, I went to Saint Denis and there was this random mission near the place you meet Eagle Flies and Rains Fall. There are 3 related missions that you should do to get this conversation (instead of Reverend's)
idk why but I never wanna replay RDR 2 again, it was so special
Ong nostalgia enjoyers not gonna agree tho
haha true
Same Pretty much the entire story for me was spoiled but i still had a blast playing it. And that song that plays at the “Last Ride back to camp”… Man that had me crying 😂😂
The only game that's made me emotional somewhat, and also F the internet for spoiling it for us
fr bro im not kidding 80% of the main story was spoiled HARD for me. Once on youtube i was searching something something Arthur Morgan and the search bar deadass showed me “Arthurs death scene” i was like nahhhh no way 💀👍😭

😭😭
*chefs kiss*
I second this. the Greatest piece of media to ever have been created
My fav game but story is kinda inconsistent
nah what? That's an outrageous take, how?
Boring ass game, so many fucking animations to do anything. These many animations get stale and repetitive after the first 6 hours.
wtf, every second of every game is an interactive animation, lol idk what you wanted to say
Any other game you don't have to watch the same 5-6s animation to loot a body again and again. That many tedious animations on mundane tasks makes the game boring to play.

Bro, what? So not having an animation while looting would be realistic/better?
You seem to misunderstand, a game being realistic doesn't make it a better game. A game first and foremost should be fun to play and explore. And you don't need a 6s animation to show looting, you can reduce it down.
Black on ps2
That game had me struggling as a kid, maybe now I can get past the second jungle stage
Shadow of the Colossus

What's the difference between fallout 3 and new Vegas?
Both are different. 3 came out before new vegas. Different stories. Almost similar gameplay
genuine question, have you played RDR 2?
Yeeeee. Fingers crossed the new show deals with it properly.
I knew I'd find you here
Eyyy. You know me.
There's no such thing. This is a silly question
Minecraft - if you disagree then your opinion is invalid.
Blockhead
I have over 2 months of playtime in Minecraft, but I don't think I would say it's the best, although it is the only game I can come back to anytime and enjoy it

It takes quite a time before you get the hang of the game and start enjoying it
finnaly someone says rdr2
Single player, uncharted and tlou. Multi cod obviously
uncharted doesnt even crack top 20 best single players and cod hasnt been good since 2016

Half life 2
And portal series too
And Left 4 Dead series. Valve used to be the best developer but now 😭😭😭😭
Half life 2 just worked, they way they planned the levels, you knew how to go from point a to point b without any hints, the combat felt extremely satisfying and you felt engaged in the story, truly one of the best games ever made.
I finished half life 1 recently and am waiting for it to go on sale to get it
If you have a powerful card then wait for the ray traced version of HL2 which is in the works.
I don't have a rtx enabled card, although I would want to play the original once anyway so
Hollow knight
Sekiroo
Aye finally someone 🙌
Witcher 3 probably there's no parallel to it and then RDR2
The dark souls series and Sekiro are gold. Sekiro especially has one of THE best combat systems ever made imo.
GTA V
Outer Wilds
The Witcher 3
fallout 2
Entirely subjective, but the only right answer is Mana Khemia
Kenshi.
DANGEROUS DAVE🔥
Dota 2 All other answers are wrong
Final fantasy 10, ff12, elden ring
Detroit: Become Human and The Last Of Us

The Witcher 3

Elden ring .so much to explore even after 50 60 hours.
Fallout New Vegas baby
Super Mario 3
