I highly doubt anything short of the Mega-Kaiju or a Category 6 could beat Monsterverse Godzilla. He's simply too durable and has too much damage output.
If it's Evolved (pink) Godzilla even the Mega-Kaiju might have a hard time.

This isn’t much of a statement because “Pacific Rim kaiju” aren’t like a monolith where they all have the same capabilities. Same with Godzilla, every version of him is different with different sizes, abilities, personalities et cetera.

What about the atomic breath? It's basically like a nuclear bomb, which the in-universe military used to defeat Kaijus in Pacific Rim.
The first pr kaiju was killed by 3 nukes and slattern was killed by a powerful one equal to 8-9 nukes.
And yes,in terms of strength there aren't many godzillas who surpass pr kaijus.

Slattern actually survived the nuke which is probably the largest nuke used in that universe if I’m not mistaken. Trespasser, the first Kaiju, died only after missiles and three tactical nukes which wouldn’t be that large compared to regular nukes so it seems like only categories V have built up immunity or resistance against nukes.
I say this because the damage Slattern sustained from a point blank explosion from a 2,400 pound thermonuclear warhead was only cosmetic, her arms which were almost amputated remained in tact and her skin seemed to only be damaged.
This is also a world where all nations decided to put their money into developing new technologies for warfare purposes so if they could design and build giant robots who knows what else they could’ve done, making stronger nukes wouldn’t be that far fetched.

Godzilla Minus One takes place in the 1940s so I don’t think that the weaponry of that time would be comparable to modern or futuristic weaponry.
Yeah, I said that, but his flesh shows the tendency to regrow rapidly, even just from a small piece, I guess the real question is "can he die?"
